13+, contiguous US, one entry per person/email address. Ends February 5, 2012 @ 11:59pm CT
Grand Prize: (1 winner) A football shaped Hannspree 28" 1080P Full HD television; and a 3-day/2-night trip for two to see Toby Keith in concert (location determined by Prize Provider). The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the major airport nearest the Concert; 2-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy); two VIP tickets to the Concert (seats determined by Prize Provider). Travel must take place by September 30, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If a winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. If winner is the age of majority in his/her state of residence but is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Each winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure date and time of travel. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, airline seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, technology and hardware upgrades, accessories and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prize Provider, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if a winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the Concert is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Concert on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.
