Prizes:
In each Period the following prizes will be awarded:

Five (5) grand prize winners will each receive one thousand dollars ($1,000).

All other winners will receive a Free Appetizer (up to a $10 value), Free Entrée, Free Dessert or a $25 Champps Americana Gift Card. These prizes must be redeemed at the time the winning Entry Form is presented to the server or host. The percentage of receiving one of these prizes is as follows: Free Appetizer (up to a $10 value) (23%), Free Entrée (7%), Free Dessert (67%) or a $25 Champps Americana Gift Card (2%).

How to Enter
During the Periods identified above you enter the Sweepstakes through the Champps Mystery Prize Contest application on the Facebook Platform (the "Application"). You may access the Application via the Champps Americana page on Facebook at facebook.com/Champps by clicking on the Tab to the "Contest" application. To access the Sweepstakes page and Application you must "Like" the Champps Americana Fan Page. You must then complete the entry form with all required information which will include your full name, email address, zip code, and date of birth on the entry submission page. Once you have successfully entered you will automatically receive an entry (the "Entry Form") form that contains a coupon code. You must then print out the Entry Form.

Alternatively, you can find out what prize is associated with the coupon code by emailing your coupon code along with your name, address and phone number to [email protected]. The Sponsor will email you back in approximately 24 hours. *** (Thanks shesays)

Limit: One (1) Entry Form per person or Facebook user per day during each Period. The unique coupon code on the Entry Form may only be used once and must be redeemed within the Period it was issued. Entry Forms may not be photo copied. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will result in the Entry Form being void. Entry Forms generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not result in the issuance of an Entry Form. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

Dates listed above are subject to change. Entry Forms (as defined below) will only be issued during a Period. The coupon code on the Entry Form must be redeemed during the Period it was issued.
