Limit: Each participant may enter only one (1) time per each Entry Period during the Promotion Period

Prizes:
Two (2) Entry Period 1 Prize: Two (2) Amazon Kindle Fires. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200.
One (1) Entry Period 2 Prize: One (1) Nikon D3100 Digital SLR Camera. ARV: $580.

One (1) Entry Period 3 Prize: A trip to a Sedona spa. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Phoenix, AZ; two (2) nights'
occupancy); complimentary daily continental breakfast at the hotel; a full-size rental car for length of stay; and a $1,000 gift certificate to use towards spa services, golf greens fees, or other activities. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. ARV: $3,940.

One (1) Entry Period 8 Prize: A Costa Rica Yoga Retreat. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Jose, Costa Rica and from San Jose, Costa Rico to Puerto Jimenez; one (1) night accommodations in San Jose at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy) and three (3) nights' accommodations at Hacienda in Luna Lodge (single room, double occupancy); three (3) gourmet meals daily plus evening appetizers at the Luna bar; a birding tour; a rain forest tour; a choice of fishing or gold panning; and $200 for yoga lessons.
