ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the Fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Limit of three (3) Instant Win game play and three (3) sweepstakes entries per person, per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period. More than three (3) Instant Win game plays in the same day from the same person or email address will be disqualified.
PRIZES, ODDS AND DRAWING:
INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES: There will be a total of Two Hundred eight-five (285) $25 New York and Company gift cards available to be awarded in the Promotion. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Instant Win games played and the date and time when a particular Promotion participant plays the Instant Win game.
Total ARV of Instant Win Prizes: $7,125.00
GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) $500 New York & Company Gift Card. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in an electronic, randomized drawing conducted on or about March 6, 2012, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

Total ARV of ALL Promotion Prizes: $7,625.00
PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Limit of one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Instant Win Prize per person/per household.
