Favorite? I can only narrow it down for a little while at a stretch. My favorite is to just get totally into a series of randomly changing obsessions and do each one for a while. Well, normally they were the people that knew just enough to be dangerous.
I think the last one I fixed was a friend's mother's computer. Had a bunch of porn dialers on it.
I just told him it had some viruses.

I took three aspirin and went immediately to bed after posting my brief rant last night. Windows Server 2008 R2 had just worked on my last nerve, but I finally beat it into doing my will. Hauling that monster case downstairs and into the media room closet was just the final straw. Now it's on the network and I won't have to fight with it much. Until Windows Update screws something up, anyway.
