Sorry if I'm tardy to the party on this one- but have you girls seen the section of sale boots that are an extra 50% off? I checked it out even though I'm not in the market for any boots, and there are some cute pumps and even some sandals in there. I ordered a pair of super cute Jessica Simpson sandals.

http://www.victoriassecret.com/clearance/shoes

Code is 50BOOTS
I ordered the cheapest one with the code Teehee

how do ya gals avoid shoulder bumps in sweaters, aside from storing them folded? i want them hung because i can see them better that way. see = use laugh out loud at first i thought the huggable hangers don't do it, but i see now my sweaters have bumps. i think they do work to some extent, but it's just that they have been up there too long. i have all my clothes (that fit) in closets, none in storage, as i have gotten tired of having to pack and unpack the stuff.

if there's no solution, i guess i'll be folding. i probably should give away my boucle and ribbed sweaters. my boucle are definitely too warm for here. the ribbed sweaters can be used only a few times a year.

Has anyone here used this sock trick to curl their hair? I saw it on pinterest and thought the curls looked nice.

hehe, were they some fancy ones? I can't image breaking bamboo ones. hehe! Should be easy to get some more online or local stores!
No, it was a plain black one. The thing is, I never wear them...but I am livid that I broke it.

I was going to ask what type of sweaters you are hanging. Bouclé sweaters are too heavy to hang, in my opinion. I only hang light sweaters. However, I understand what you are saying because if I look for an outfit without looking at my inventory lists, I usually do not look in any drawers. That is why I think I do not have any clothing...even though I have plenty.

Look interesting, but I cannot wet my hair...under any circumstance, unless I want to "do" my hair from scratch.

Thanks for the update. I'm very happy that this is resolved! VS is being Crazy Maybe I should just let the $2 go.

Good to know that Chase was nice enough to get rid of your fees. I just opened a Chase account for the $$$ credit, but it seems like based on your experience, they're pretty decent. My main bank is BOA, not sure how they would've reacted to this.
. . .
It could be because our mortgage is with them. . . Scratchhead

Maybe you could call ahead and make sure the checks are fine and then deposit them. That way you will be sure and not get hit with any bank charges!
I called VS again to b*tch them out and they are aware of the problem now, though I don't know what they want people to do now.

Mine too. Just plops herself in b/w DH and I... or in the crook of your knee or on your back. Messed Up

single tier cathedral length, my mom wants plain, i want beading, but the biggest must i have is cheap. My dress is champagne colored so if i can find one that color id be stoked, but im guessing white it isOMG
I tried 2 online vendors (David's and every other bridal store was such a ripoff for crap quality).
I went with these guys: http://www.veilshop.com/ . I think my bum/calf length one was b/w $35-$50 shipped.
You can get almost any length, any trim (regular, gold, silver), rhinestones, pearls, both-scattered or just the edging. They also steam them before they ship so you will not have that additional cost. The quality of it was great- I went with Ivory and silver threading. Have them send you sample swatches so you can match your dress perfectly. I see they still send samples out but not nearly as many colors. Cost is $5 for the samples, but they send you a $5 certificate to use on your order. I know what color you are talking about because I remember it being on there, and looking at their sample page - they still have it! Smilie My advice: don't go by name, get samples from whomever you go with and be sure.

I looked at http://www.veilubridal.com/ , but their samples took much longer to ship and frankly, didn't look that professional.

Facepalm TJ Maxx is neutralizing my D-store $$ savings... A few weeks ago I bought these super cute Guess ruffle T- strap suede pumps in nude... then a Big Buddha purse...then another one... now last night, I found a pair of Stuart Weitzman sandals - the real $300 deal, for $130. I've been hunting them down like a rabid squirrel since last summer and I finally found them ( I never buy the real thing... EVER) . Also picked up a pair of satin fuschia pink peep-toe pumps on clearance at Kohls for ~$6 and discovered some ShadyLady palettes woot
I mean, I'm saving a ton of $ on what I do buy... and I'm excited about the new things I'm picking out (their versatility/quality/etc) but can't seem to help feeling guilty about it. Ermm
(all self-imposed of course)

These are some of the hottest black skinny pants I've ever put on. Order a size up. I had to get a 2 and I'm normally a 00 or 0 here.
OMG - I don't know if you can call those pants, are they peggings? Stick Out Tongue

EDIT: Just noticed that these pointy pumps are in the collection: http://www.victoriassecret.com/ss...vsdWrapper I bought them a few weeks ago in the leopard print and they're actually really cute and edgy! Great deal at this price!!
Oooh good deal! In that case I highly recommend these (only size 5.5 available): http://www.victoriassecret.com/ss...vsdWrapper
I got them at DSW for about $50 and they are so cute! Very comfy, too.
