thanks for the yoga mat info guys! i ended up just buying one off amazon, some black mountain one. it was the right price and looks to be thick (at least, i hope!). it also looks to be longer than the gaiam ones, which are just a tad bit short. (i fit, but i feel like i JUST fit and have no room on it if i'm laying down) who knows - i may only be practicing at home after the 5 classes i have for free, anyway. i didn't want to spend so much on a mat.

the more i fuss about putting the rollers on nicely, the worse my result is. my first 2 tries looked great. my recent ones where i try harder end up looking worse Mad i will try again by being more careless about it.... i think that's how to get the soft effortless look laugh out loud

Thanks so much! Do they ever have coupons?
Sometimes. Usually people post them on Hot Deals. If you get the Sally card ($5), they print out a coupon for $5 off your next order, and you get member pricing which knocks off a few cents, and you get the membership pricing for a year.

I tried the sock curl technique that one of you posted yesterday and lets just say it doesn't work with my naturally curly, but shapeless hair. I wore the bun overnight and when I took it out this morning I looked like Lion King laugh out loud I wish I got her results: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FV-YO46E8Y

btw, all those advocates of vince camuto shoes, i just have to say - i tried on a pair of 4" pumps (i don't think they had any platform either - very steep heel) at nords rack over the weekend and they were SOOOO COMFORTABLE. omg, how did they make a 4" pump so comfy?! (i think it was these [amazon.com]) i have absolutely no use for such a tall pump but man, i almost bought them. i am def going to look into buying his shorter heels in the future.

I love his shoes. Great shoes, great prices! They're not bad even if you have to pay full price.

i have very picky feet. most shoes hurt them, but those round-toe pumps were sooooo comfy! seriously, i put them on and my feet smiled.

it's very rare that a pump, esp such a tall one, is comfy for me!

i don't need shoes now but i am def going to get some in the future!

My hair didn't look like that girls either. Maybe I need longer hair. Or maybe my pony tail was too tight at the top of my head. Or maybe I wet it too much. I couldn't listen to her video, cause I'm at work. I just fast forwarded to the end to see the result.

I asked my mom what she thought of my hair and she said "It looks different" I'm guessing that means no! laugh out loud Luckily I did it yesterday, so know one else saw it. I will probably try it again on my 8 year old. She has longer hair then me and always want's her hair curled. I hate trying to use a curling iron on her head because I'm always afraid I'm going to burn her.
