Yep, I've done this before. This was a couple years ago...2? I don't know if they've changed it, but I've always been able to when I needed it. I was actually looking forward to putting some $$ back into my account from this month's statement.

But it's probably different for you gals cause it was the balance. Good luck!

where is the option?

on a different note, i got a backordered item yesterday and it contained the wrong invoice! laugh out loud it was the right item but they sent me someone's invoice from san francisco. i guess that person got my invoice...

I got a check from the same bank of new york (delware). It was from a discontinued bra for which I placed order and I don't have angel's CC. I am also still waiting to encash it as I don't want it to bounce. HTH

I still have more bows to make. Nothing is packed, & I have to buy a dress. All of this has to be done, before we leave tonight. EEK! Wish me luck. I'm going to need it.

I have an account balance right now, so I'm assuming the option shows up when you have a credit, but it should give you the option. I've done it online and via calling. The first time was when we were getting paper statements, well I opted for paper before they forced us all paperless, it told me that I had a balance and I can transfer it to my bank and it gave me a number to call them and I spoke to someone that did it for me. I remember being surprised and elated. College student then, so any money back to my acct = Smilie Thereafter, they told me I can do it online.
