I got a free BB cream and BB Boomer from Missha for doing a survey Woot And I did it with a new account so I'm getting another BB cream for free too, lol. I'm excited to try it, worried about clogged pores. It was the perfect cover that you had problems with, right anni?

That is the same exact dress I was going to buy last night! But by the time I went to Express it was too late and they were closing so I couldn't try it on. I bought a black sequin tank instead. That dress is so pretty! : ) How is the sizing, true to size?
I bought some Conair clips that look very similar to those on Amazon. I haven't tried them yet. When I do, I'll let you all know what I think of them.

My DH is pretty good about shopping for me. He knows it's often easier for him to run in & get things I send him for than it is for me to go to the store. On days like today, I have to walk with a cane. That's embarrassing in public, plus it's very painful for me to walk a lot.

I have a habit of loading the rollers with too much hair. Clips force it to stay & receive heat. With pins, I sometimes have strays sticking out everywhere that don't curl. I have to divide the hair & re-roll it on 2 rollers, when that happens. If you put a reasonable amount of hair on each roller, pins work well.

Awesome! I want to try Missh after anni's review. I just received a Bzz kit with the new Garnier BB cream. I only tried it on a faint scar and so far I'm not impressed. Seems more like a tinted moisturizer than a BB cream. But I'll try it completely on my face tomorrow just to see Smilie

That black and cream is pretty too. I like the blue one because half my wardrobe it black and cream and it's such a pretty pattern and shade of blue. It looks perfect for here in Florida too. nod

yeah, the pin is difficult but you can definitely make it stay with that teeny pin - it just requires some mastery. i'm still learning.
just tried the hot rollers again tonight. i left them in until they cooled. i have large waves now - lots of body but not a lot of curl. i like it! i guess my hair needs to be longer to get curls like that youtube tut. but it worked decently well - i actually think the jumbo is better for me than the super jumbo. but i need to use all of them just to get all my hair since i have so much hair. so i just do some sections on top with the super jumbo.

nod yes the perfect cover clogged my pores. but a lot of ppl are fine with it so try it! my skin is very sensitive.

wait, so you got the one that's black with blue flowers? i must be boring - that was my favorite color combo when looking online.

black and cream feather waves, first link. the 2nd link is for floral options, the one with blue flowers is actually navy not black. they separated same style/cut into 2 pages.

i may get your roller set too Teehee i have a set with 5 large (1.25") and 5 medium (1"). i ordered a 2nd set, because while i can put all my hair into the 10, i feel like i need at least 2 more rollers so i'm not stressing out in making them all fit. thankfully it's not very pricey. i think the effect of yours would be different, so i can justify another set laugh out loud

i'm getting good at hair appliance. i recently tried the herstyler again and i think i was able to achieve the beach waves i was going for Smilie it might be that i am working with longer hair now.
