Did anyone watch Fashion Star last night? I was intrigued by the fact that we can purchase the winning looks after the show. The dress that H&M bought was cute. In fact, the jacket H&M bought was tight also. I would purchase it if I was in a relationship.

When ever my dd plays house, she renames herself to Sara Jo. I have no idea where she got that name.

I think I will go to Panera for lunch today.

Yum, I thought about going by for a pumpkin muffin this morning but resisted. I'm obsessed with their pumpkin muffins Eat!

Limited Q:

Are the 10 off 50 survey coupons found at the bottom of in store receipts valid on sales/clearance merchandise?
Always forget about them...
i have used it once before, but it was the very first time i went to the glendale store. they were soooooo nice to me that one time - they stacked v$ and register receipt coupon (30% entire purchase!) on top of the extra 60% off clearance.
i would expect they would not allow it now, although the last time i was at the store, the girl seemed strict but not bitchy about it - she took back online returns except the ones that are 'online exclusive'.

Some of those prints are so cute, I don't blame him. I know if they had the Hello Kitty when I was that age I'd never take them off either! laugh out loud

Received my hot rollers today and tried them out. I so need to keep practicing. I had no curl. A bit of a wave. But I think it's because I straightened my hair with my flat iron an hour before I used them. Washed and straightened my hair and then my DD brought my package inside. Of course I had to try them out right away. nod

I will say the clips worked great for me. They didn't leave any lines on the little bitty waves I had and they were easy to clip in. Although since my hair is so thin I can't clean the house in them or anything because they would slip out. I hate my thin hair! I so want clip in extensions. I am dying for Foxy Locks. DH says I don't need them. He thinks I just need to grow my hair out. He doesn't get I need the thickness not the length. Time to put that bra on.....Stick Out Tongue
i'm wondering now if these rollers are just too big to get good curls (even loose ones) unless your hair is down to your waist. let me know if blow-drying helps! i tried a bit but then my hair was flying out of the roller when i did that so i stopped. laugh out loud maybe i stuffed too much hair into some rollers.

They used to be before they made the policy change. Idk now. They're so much stricter. It used to be receipt q's and rewards on clearance.
there was a policy change? boo.

and Doh i forgot to order a bra with the fre ereturn code. Sadwalk

yeah, they got a lot stricter with coupon use whenever they stopped allowing them to be combined with the 40% off sales. they added not valid with storewide promos in the terms. i don't really shop in-store anymore unless i have a reward card. i get plenty of deals with my couture card free shipping to suit me so i don't bother with their bs.

eversave has an ariva vert. h2s said something about 2 opi's and tweezerman tweezer shipped for $15. i haven't checked it out yet.

thx. i went to southbay galleria this weekend and i think i heard the SA say you could use it on sales too.. but I wasn't paying too much attention as he said it.

I just really dislike Glendale Limited-the guys they hire are just really douchey. Wish they would open up other locations...like in Arcadia or something.

Interesting . . . I, too, like scoopnecks (a lot!), but I liked the old Daily Tees because there were about 12-15 new styles (including scoopnecks & v-necks) each season. Oh, well. I still like their Bra Tops a lot . . . glad they're on sale!

I purchased a few gift sets for the Avon Walk Raffle and I couldn't believe the age range of women that gravitated toward it... I have not opened it myself. I like the Lubriderm with the gold label/cap. I also like the Udder Cream. I feel like both of those are good for sensitive skin and absorb really well.
I shall keep those in mind after I finish my 1000 creams. laugh out loud I get so elated when I finally finish one of the products I've been hoarding laugh out loud
You might enjoy it, I'm just really against it. Darn hype!! I just can't get past the terrible packaging, smell, and having oily hands and can't use them for 5 minutes. Oh yeah, and the constant sneezing after I use it. Yup shake head

I was so elated when I recently found the Daily Tees [victoriassecret.com] again!! Except, it's in crewneck...which I'm not a fan of Sadwalk

awwww yeah i know, you've consistently had bad experiences there. mine haven't been *as* bad except for 1 time, but i agree - they should hire nicer employees.

has anyone used lightinthebox.com before? they have some great deals on wedding accessories - are they legit?

also, someone (was it oewiz?) mentioned a good place for veils online... where was that again?

Is it possible to use a return label with a different person's name & address? If you can use it, w/o getting our accounts linked, I'll send you one of mine. I'm hoping this one won't have restrictions like the return label Porda mentioned. Let me know, if you want to try it.

omg you are such a sweetheart for offering!! it's okay - i don't mind waiting until i go to the mall or something to return. i've just been lazy and packing a box has been easier.

oh i forgot to mention here - i got my vita coco from amazon. i've had 2 of them so far. thoughts:

-liggy was right! it does NOT taste like the yummy coconut water straight from coconuts found in restaurants/supermarkets here... those must be the sweet thai coconuts. Sadwalk i love the juice from those coconuts!

-i think it's a GREAT rehydrator - i drank one last night after a run (and my calves were KILLING me) and today, my calves are not sore! i am thinking maybe the extra potassium helped!

-DBF (or i guess i should call him DF now?) took 1 sip and made a face. he apparently hated it. probably bc it's not sweet and has that mildly sour taste. it tasted really funny to me at first as well, but i got used to it after a few sips.

so, icey & alvs - you may not like it and sorry for recommending if you don't! but it seems to help my body heal itself. and GH - it may taste like that coconut you had in mexico after all... tho you should definitely try a thai one. i have ordered fresh coconut water in thai restaurants here, and it has been yummy every time.

I tried the cocunut water yesterday and didn't like it. Maybe it's an acquired taste? Is there anything you can mix with it or make smoothies? I want to like it since its so good for you!

There are some 6pm boot deals on the fp.
