The only time we've visited SD it was windy, raining, & cold. We had to buy jackets. I hope it's not like that often. It was probably just our bad luck with Cali visits. We froze in San Francisco in June too.

I'm glad you like it. Everyone should try to live in a place they love. Life is much better when you're where you want to be.

I really like it, but I don't have it. I considered ordering it in coral, but I'm afraid it will be too low cut for me. If I wasn't worried about that, I'd definitely order it.

I've gotten in 3 bras so far. My favorite is the Dream Angels Demi in Ivory Cross Dye Lace. http://www.victoriassecret.com/ss...earch=true It's beautiful & fits perfectly. Next would be the Very Sexy Push-Up in Soft Nude Crochet Lace. http://www.victoriassecret.com/ss...earch=true I was surprised that my cleavage was about the same as in the DA bra, which is a good thing to me. It doesn't fit or look quite as good though. I do really like it, so I'm going to keep it. The other bra is a Very Sexy Demi in Tropical Punch Crochet Lace. http://www.victoriassecret.com/ss...earch=true My boobs look squeezed in it. I really need a DDD in it, but they don't have tropical punch in that size. I'm on the fence on whether to go ahead & keep it or return it & get another DA Demi. I love the color, but I'm not sure I'd wear it much.

I contacted VS about one of my missing SRCs. They're sending me an SRC via email. Has anyone else gotten one this way? I wasn't expecting that, but I'm glad I'm getting one.

San Fran is always cold at night, even in the summer. Maybe someone can correct me, but always bring a jacket!

I'm thin, but with hips and a booty. Because it says it's a slim fit, I managed to squeeze my hips in it without problem, but it fits very tightly around my hips and then drops down very strangely.

If you're stick thin, I think it would look the way it does on Candice.

That trip was surprising weather wise from start to finish. We took a cruise from SF to Alaska, then ended in Vancouver. I had packed gloves, winter coats, thermal underwear, rain gear, etc. for Alaska. We used the coats & gloves in SF, but didn't need them for Alaska. I was really glad we had them though. I wouldn't have thought to pack coats & gloves for California. Surprisingly, the weather was beautiful in Alaska. We had great weather in Vancouver too. It was the exact opposite of what we expected. We loved SF, even with the cool, rainy weather. It was one of our favorite places we've ever visiting. It was cold all day every day though. I'd like to return at a time that shouldn't be so cold & rainy someday.

Thanks for the review on the dress. I'm glad I decided not to order it earlier. I do really like that coral color.

I must have been being my usual oblivious self & didn't see it, when email SRCs were mentioned. Doh

Thanks, everyone! hug I was two years into a PhD program in school psychology, but the coursework wasn't nearly as clinical/counseling-oriented as I would have liked. So I'll be starting a program in couple and family therapy this fall, which will prepare me to be a clinician and go into private practice later if I choose. Exactly what I want! I'm thrilled. Smilie

Sounds like a fab trip you had! I haven't been to Alaska and only to Vancouver in the winter.

About the dress, the coral might be okay see-through wise, but I duno it could be too light and still be see-through. Not sure about the fit.
