laugh out loud i just went to the 'contact us' section, where you email them. you can select your recent order, and then they ask you to choose a reason for the email. that's where i found it.

actually, i selected 'problems with my order', and then 'defective item/item does not work'. i would assume that whatever reason you give, they will respond favorably, tho.

try [email protected], as GH told me to last time. the ones through order confirmation email eventually went through for me, after about 4 days, but the one to orderstatus@ went through immediately (automated response within minutes).

I have 6 or 7 src's. I tell myself each time I am not getting more than a certain amount and I fail. Haven't had over $10 last couple go around, hoping for higher ones this time.

i heart that all us shorties don't feel short. i thought i am the only one.

I finally wore my Bronze VC Ruched Pumps out in the world this past weekend. I wore them with a simple outfit (White Body Tees Empire Tee, Jeans, and Cardigan), so they could be the star of the outfit. They look amazing!!!! (I also own them in Graphite. Sooooo cute!)

I've noticed this as well when I was using their USPS label previously. I believe this is because once you drop it off, VS gets notified somehow and they send a separate shipper to go out and pick it up from the USPS, instead of the USPS just delivering it. There was this one time where it was a 1 week delay, but that's quite a long time.

Hope your return gets back on our account soon, too.
