Okay fashionistas when do you stop wearing boots? Do you put them away in Spring? Since I live in Florida it's hot pretty much all year round so I can't go by how warm the weather is. I am debating on wearing my favorite boots tonight with skinny jeans to dinner/drinks tonight with friends. We're just going to a sports type grill. I need a pedi and am feeling lazy so I wanted to do boots. Opinions.
These are the boots: (I also own them in brown and I love them!)
i spent my morning so far with express cs. i had some pa's done. process was not as fast as i remember.
a bo bracelet i really wanted is now cancelled. they didn't bother to update me prior to this. i had to ask about it.
after the call, i realized i didn't receive the seed bracelet i ordered. i didn't forget i ordered it, i was waiting on it, and didn't realize that it was with the order i received already a week ago. it just occured to me as i revisited my order confirmation emails for my cs call. i called back, they probably think i was just trying to screw them, because i complained i lost my coupon in the bo item in my first call. both reps i spoke with don't understand this concept. they said i didn't lose anything because i didn't get charged. i lost the opportunity to get a discount! i can get replacement and they will apply the coupon value, but they won't apply the spring sale price.
when i told them about the bracelet i didn't receive, of course, the rep thought i was talking about the bo bracelet. what a headache trying to explain. she came back telling me the weight of the package when it left them is the same as when it was delivered. it was a bracelet, how much difference would it make for a package weighing more than a pound
i'm not loving express right now.
i remember hearing an SA tell a customer that while they do PA's, they only apply them when you bought an item full price and then it goes on sale later. they do not apply them if they're already on sale and go on sale even more.
i want to say that it was in express, because i only went to a few stores that day: sephora, vs, and express, and i was in express the longest. but i can't say for certain - my brain is not working with me right now. does anyone know who could have been making this lousy rule? i don't think it'd be VS... or, wait, could it?

I felt so lucky that I was able to PA a coat purchased @$50 after discounts + opening a new CC acct to a steal at $24.99 when their clearance hit rock bottom. Originally the coat cost $168! Was soo excited about that ^_^
