It's weird how it could go all the way with never being scanned by UPS at any point. Glad it worked out. The nice thing with instore return is at least you have proof of exactly what you sent back in the event it does get lost.

I'm getting the new tote and umbrella. I love them both. Not love, but I like them more than most of their gwp's!
