they do, but i found out about a week ago that replying to order/shipping confirmations takes a few days now. if you email [email protected] you get the automated response right away.

I got mine in 1-2 days.

i never get the auto message now if i reply to an email confirmation. instead, i go directly to their site's contact us; n get the auto email within 5 mins. They respond usually by the next business day.

As anni said, use the email she posted. You'll have better luck. The SRC should be emailed to you within 24 hours, at least mine was.

btw, I just had a Beauty.com order cancelled because of "backordered items." I went on the site and both the shampoo and conditioner I ordered showed as still in stock. So was the Deborah Lippman nail polish GWP. So I called in about it...and get this, they cancelled my entire order because one of those 3 free foil samples you can get with your order went OOS. I actually came out better reordering the entire thing because they gave me a $5 credit with the cancellation email, and the rep on the phone gave me another $5 credit for the inconvenience. He was soo confused as to why it happened lol. I could understand if it was a GWP with a high value, but if you're gonna cancel because of the little foil sample being OOS...I'd rather you just email and give me the option of cancelling or choosing another one. Actually, I'd rather that they do that, even if it was the GWP that was cancelled. Oh, Beauty.com....

lol, they really are! the blush duo and the prism are kinda tempting...have to go to the store and see how they look on me cuz tangerine and orange are colors that make me a little nervous haha. they described the blush as almost a coral color and it sounds really pretty though, so maybe it will look nice



i'm going to start LHR on my arms on tuesday...eep! i'm really hoping it works cuz i have a ton of hyperpigmentation on the backs of my arms from a combo of lovely keratosis pilaris and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and the dermatologist told me the only way i'll be able to clear up the pigment is by getting rid of the cause - the hair. grrr. i want to get my underarms and back done too...and then eventually my legs. i'm just a bit worried because a few years ago, i had electrolysis done on my face and it helped, but the technician said that my hair is so thick and freaking stubborn...she'd zap some of them like 7 times and they still wouldn't come out! that this will work well...and will be more in the range of 3-6 sessions and not "up to 12."

And just wanted to let you girls know...I matched! Psychiatry residency at my first choice: DMC/WSU program in Detroit I would have been happy anywhere - Chicago, NY, or Cali, but I don't know, all my really close friends and family are here, and I've been at WSU for 8 years now, so I kinda didn't really want to leave lol.

And now...back to packing up my apartment, we're moving out on Sunday, and I swear, how the HECK did I accumulate so much crap in two years?!?!

You could always order extra stuff to get the free ship and then return at a later date.
It's funny--I like the eye shadows in the nudes better but the blush in the pinks better. So I guess it's good that I got both.:lma o:
