Y'all could try hibiclens. I had to use it before surgery. The reviews say that it is good for body acne too. Be careful with it though. It is dangerous if it gets in the eyes.

tone yes, but it didn't get rid of my fat, so overall I got bigger, especially my midsection Sadwalk I tried a couple yoga workouts that are supposed to lean towards being a cardio workout but compared to running or getting on an elliptical trainer, there's no comparison. But that's my experience...

i do the treadmill and pilates. i am not supposed to work out for 3 weeks. this is going to kill me. it hasn't been a week and i want to go work out. i'm going to go crazy before long. i need help bad laugh out loud.

that's better than most people's problem, I desperately don't want to exercise every day, lol. I have 5-6x/week for the last 2 months or so though and it's made a difference. I'm not much smaller but my body doesn't jiggle as much laugh out loud

You can't even do things that are easy on your body? I'm thinking like, swimming for example.

It hurts to move your arms.

They said I could get on the treadmill and walk at like a 2.5. I walk off the treadmill when I go that slow. I've almost hurt myself walking that slow on one because I'm not used to it.

Hey there ladies - does anyone have any experience with NuMe? I need a new flat iron, and I have a Plum District code to use up. However, I know NuMe gives out their "gift card" or promo codes like candy. They sent my sister 2 - $100 ones last night.

I HATE the marketing ploy where everything is marked up stupid high so people *think* they got a $200 flat iron for $40. Come on...we all know companies can't survive that way. With the Plum District thing, it would come out to around $50. I'm thinking it's a better bet to just stick with something reputable and proven...any thoughts? I have SUPER curly hair that is resistant to being straightened and I live in the humidity hell of Louisiana. Recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I really like my sedu that i got from folica. great deals pop up regularly for that site. I've never tried the nume.

i try to keep the bottles in the shower at a minimum, so i can use more of them up. i also do not have room for 39 bottles.

oic - i would assume i'd have the same issue then!
but getting bigger is always something that happens first, isn't it? i always gain muscle first, and then the muscle helps burn the fat faster. but it's probably a good idea to do a combination of cardio and muscle-toning.
