:dro ol2: I'm tempted by those babies. I see that stuff at TJ's too and have to remind myself- I have a cabinet full of products I need to get through first! Flex
That is so true- like those Origins checks & balances facewash - I can get 4-5 days out of those! My mascaras sit in the fridge in their Ziploc baggy glaring at me. I feel like I should put one of thoseleftovers timers [cnet.com] on them so I know how long they've been in there, but those only go up to 90 days :lo l:
I could burn through my serums/moisturizers faster if I used them everywhere. "My knuckles look wrinkly, let's try some wrinkle cream there!" Stick Out Tongue
It's probably good that they are BW's- I think the only soap I've had go bad on me were the creamy ones. If you want to get through them faster you can always use them as handsoap and load them into a dispenser.

I treat my samples like they're precious resources that can't be replenished with a few clicks of the mouse. So silly! shake head I ran into trouble once with good hotel shampoo. It was Aveda- I stalked the housekeeping lady and kept annoying her until she gave me a giant bag full. I felt like that Schmeegle character from LOR... "My PRECIOUSSSSS"
Thanks! Soon they'll be making bags so big you won't even see the model holding them at all laugh out loud
that's a great idea to use it as hand soap!! i am totally going to do that. i go through a lot of hand soap. (compulsive hand-washer here)

also, i heart the aveda shampoo they have in hotels. i hoarded those too, whenever i stayed somewhere that had it! (but not giant bag fulls... only whatever the left out) i only have 1 shampoo and 2 conditioners left tho. it is in my pile to use up, bc i am tired of all these travel-sized products, mocking me bc i don't travel as much anymore. laugh out loud (i'm a weird compulsive hoarder who has random episodes of needing to get rid of everything.)

Seriously about the precious resources. What is wrong with us Facepalm I have yet to buy serum since I am so stocked up from those packets. I wish I had so much that I can use to even skin tone on my shoulders or something. But I've resolved to using skin creams that don't work for my face on my skin instead! I hope my reasoning works
i finished a whole big bottle (like 6 oz - it was huge for face lotion) of face lotion on my back, bc it wasn't moisturizing enough for my face! and you know what? it cleared up my back... so now i want to buy another! Facepalm laugh out loud but yeah i totally do that too. sometimes it backfires tho.

Whoa, good to know it works. I need to even out skin tone on my back. Out in the sun too much Stick Out Tongue hopefully it won't backfire.

I was Finns previously say that it's good you're doing some cleaning before the wedding too! Maybe got the organization bug! My friend would always tell me that I never truly clean, I just move stuff around and was he right! laugh out loud

laugh out loud I like the big totes. I use them for laundry when I travel Big Grin and other bulky stuff that I don't have bags big enough for Smilie Plus, my little girls are obsessed with PINK...so it's nice when they come across one in the closet and are busy with it for like an hour. hehe

it only backfired in that i really want to buy more of this lotion. but i haven't yet - still holding off until i finish some more stuff! it was an unscented super light face lotion, so i guess it was light enough to not clog up my back which is a bit acne-prone.

and yeah, idk, there's so much going on that my mind feels cluttered. i'm trying to get rid of that.

i love how you say you got rid of your travel sized stuff, but you keep sample packets! those are travel-sized! laugh out loud but i know what you mean - the little bottles do take up a lot of room. i'm working to get through some of those at the moment.

That I always do Smilie
I even give away to people I don't know much or even to those who are not expecting anything from me and then leave a bunch of item at mom's telling her give it to those who you think will appreciate it.

LMAO

I collected up some of the Peter Thomas Roth samples from Hilton, before I tried them. When I did, in the trash they went. shake head They're not up to PTR standards. They're not even up to cheap drugstore standards. (I use drugstore shampoo, but not any that bad. Plus, I want better if I'm going to hoard it from a hotel. Teehee) The next time we stayed at Hilton, I left them where they were when we checked in. Where did you get Aveda at?

You know we have to link our purchases, so we can sucker everyone into being as weak as we are. Evillaugh
