yes, drink more - it's good for you. laugh out loud

coffee has antioxidants! but if you add dairy to it, it makes it less good for you, somehow.

i don't add sugar to my coffee - just cream. guess i'm not a huge sugar fan. i generally hate sugary drinks - they make me thirsty. i love water, and now coconut water.
I put skim milk in mine and sometimes vanilla creamer.

Same with tea! I think it's interesting how dairy dilutes it!

Chocolate and wine are good for you in moderation!

I don't drink much. I mostly drink wine when I do. I should drink more since it's supposed to be good for you!

I drink coffee. I have to have caffeine in the morning and I think it's better for you than soda.
Those are my same vices too! Dark chocolate = better. I don't like milk chocolate, too sweet.
I enjoy drinking, but haven't been doing it much, worried my tolerance will go down! laugh out loud

No coffee for me, I fall asleep promptly Crazy Just the occasional from Starbucks

: lol: i would justify my soda drinking because i don't do alcohol, coffee, cigs or drugs. my bad habits are regular coke, nail biting and shopping... add chocolates and salty junk food.

to buy or not to buy coke later : scratch: yall soda drinkers are making me think it's all good.
We all have our guilty pleasures. I don't drink coffee either. Diet Pepsi is where I get my caffeine fix. I do drink alcohol occasionally. I mostly drink wine, when my DH & I go out to dinner by ourselves. We'll share a bottle, but only if we're staying in a hotel & my DH isn't driving. Rarely we share a bottle at home, when we have a special meal. Then there's occasions, when my DH will talk me into having something he's drinking. That doesn't happen often though. Wine is really the only alcohol I like. Other alcoholic beverages make me feel bloated & full long before I feel any other effects. I don't like that feeling.

can you place the swimsuit orders on your account? you have an egc tho huh...

when you say the egc is linked to that account, did you already activate it on that acct? if not, you could activate it on ur acct. otherwise, i don't know... i would call and ask what's going on - it's not like you abused any codes or anything - i think it would help to call, just to figure out what's going on, rather than wait blindly.

and yeah! bloomies does seem much worse compared to nords. if it weren't for that blush palette i wouldn't have wanted that gwp so badly! i'm glad i bought it in store now. i just happened to be at a mall with a bloomies.
It had been awhile, since I had gotten an egc. I forgot to log out of that acct., before checking it. So, it is activated & connected to that account. Doh I've already placed an order on my acct. I try to alternate between the 2 accts. I want to place more than 2 orders, probably 3 or 4, so I'll place 2 in my acct. anyway. I'm afraid to place more than that. Thanks for the advice. hug I'll have my DH call this evening.

I'm glad you were able to get the blush palette that you really wanted. bounce I hope you love it. Smilie

IME, the only thing that's effective in stopping nail biting is to eliminate the trigger. I bit mine all my life, until about 10 years ago. I figured out it was the stress of watching basketball games that was causing it. When Michael Jordan retired, & my niece & nephew quit playing, I stopped w/o even thinking about it. To that point I had tried everything, including keeping them polished, having fake nails, putting hot sauce on them & even bitter polish. Nothing worked.

I actually have a suit like that that I wear occasionally. I would get rid of it, but it's so cute. It's one of the old balconet ones, black with white polka dots in 34D. I wish they could just make cute suits in the same size range they make their bras, I feel like I'm always compromising on fit or style. I've had a lot of trouble with inconsistencies in VS sizing too. One summer I ordered 3 of the same style in different colors and they were all different.
It would really be nice, if their tops ran the same as their bras. nod Sister sizing doesn't always work. IMO, there's a reason you aren't wearing that size to begin with. I only wear tankinis & those are very limited. You're lucky you have a nice body to wear a bikini. At least, you have a few more choices. The sizing issue is ridiculous. They need to find a new manufacturer, if they can't do better. We wouldn't have so many returns, if there sizes were more consistent. It's annoying.

That's so cute, for those who are young enough to pull it off.

Absolutely, no coffee for me either. I won't even eat food that is coffee flavored. I think it tastes nasty.

my trigger is stress in general. good for you, it was limited to basketball. mine is all stress i have!

what might work for me is to have my nails done. fake nails work, but they're a pain to remove. if i have them doen professionally, i'll also think of the money to just not ruin them.

Krusty, I look hot in your skirt Whee. I just need a spray tan.

I love the orange and pink dress. It is bright but I expected that. It will be a great vacay dress. It's hot on too. Need a tan though bad.

I would always bite mine. In hs I had fake ones put on for the prom or something. I wore those for awhile. I haven't bitten them since.

My nails were so weak the fake nails were painful, but I tried them several times anyway. I would just go back to biting them, when I had them removed. When my nails were painted, I would scrape off the polish with my teeth. Blush I know how hard it is to quit. I hope you find something that works for you. hug

Ugh, stress does crazy things to the body. I realized I was biting my mouth while sleeping so I was using some teeth guard things at night and there was one night with those things on that I still bit myself. not as bad as regular sharp teeth chomping on my mouth. shake head

I does make them look really perky and stand out. Can not wait to tan and work out. I'm starting to feel a little flabby. I have been walking a mile every day for the past few days. Really slowly though per the dr's orders. I'm ready to get back to normal.
