i have found that if i moisturize at night with a very heavy night cream/moisturizer, i wake up without an oily forehead. counterintuitive, but that's how my skin works... so that's what i've been doing. that's why i don't have to wash my face in the morning anymore.

i definitely have dehydrated skin, where it's dry on my cheeks and can get oily in t-zone given certain conditions. i used to use a very simple night cream (this boots [drugstore.com] one - looks like it's not even a night cream but just a cream) and it was very effective. since i've run out, i switched to a moisture mask [beautypedia.com] that paula said should be used overnight. i absolutely love it as a night cream. i think it's the jojoba oil in it that i love (and the fact that it has no dimethicone) [thanks to aya for getting it for me! i love it]

i've read that powders with SPF are generally not enough, unless you load up the powder. i don't like the cakey look, so i avoid powders with SPF. i know, on those days i don't wear any other SPF, the powder can help, but i don't want to trick myself into thinking i have SPF coverage when it's not really enough. i'll just hide from the sun instead on those days

Ooh, I should try that...will look into the mask and cream! And that's definitely a good point about the powders...I was mostly looking at whether it was recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation lol. hehe, you could always just look super-stylish and wear a wide-brimmed hat!

Alvs, do you think The Limited will have another free shipping day before Sunday when the V$ end? A jacket got marked down further and it's still cheaper now with shipping included... but I don't want to order and have it go free shipping tomorrow or something... Do they usually space out the free shipping days more or is it sporadic?

i just found the mask on clearance on aldi's site... i wish i was close to an aldi!!! i need to stock up! (tho the 2 tubes i have will likely last me a long time)

re: express, my express now has on the receipt a "return value" which splits your promo between the two items if you return one. ie if you buy something for 50 and the second item is 25 after the promo, you get 37.50 for returning either item. hope that makes sense! online, i dont think they do that yet ; )

Anything loose in the waist like that I like to size down. I'd say M at the largest.

skinny cargo ankle-zip pant [victoriassecret.com], 10 - I love these. I sized up for a roomier fit. I love these for bicycling to go out at night, since they're very comfortable, but still look great. They were pretty loose in the waist, but fine with a belt.
Dream tees open back tee [victoriassecret.com], XS - I sized down for a more fitted look, but it was still huge on me. The arm holes were ridiculously large too. This top didn't work for me at all.
cross-front top [victoriassecret.com], S - Overall, I like this top. It was too small at the bust though, way too much cleavage showing. I would recommend to anyone not overly busty.
cut-out bra top [victoriassecret.com], S - From the picture, I really liked the style of this top. When I opened the package though, I realized it was a halter top that ties... with a REALLY long strap. There's just too much going on in back. Plus it has elastic in the lower part of the cut-out, so it has just enough tug to make it look awful even if you don't have back fat.
velvet one-shoulder top [victoriassecret.com], M - I have been eyeing this top since I first saw it and I love it. By the time I ordered it, they were out of S, so I got M. It still fits pretty well, just a little loose at the waist, but hangs nicely so it doesn't make me look heavier.
sexy little ballerina outfit [victoriassecret.com], M - I don't know what made me think this might fit, but I wanted to try it. I love the look of it, but the cups were way too small and the overall top a little too loose. I have a long torso, so the skirt didn't even come to my butt, much less go over it.
one size sexy short [victoriassecret.com] - I got these to wear under dresses. I was worried they wouldn't fit because I have ample junk in the trunk. They fit well, but once they stretched to the necessary dimensions, they were no longer opaque, so my plan for modesty was foiled.

The email said the stores would have a wristlet that matches the bag for $5 and you need to get the tote with the $75 purch to get it. Are you guys not interested in the wristlet? I see you all ordering online. My store said they did get the tote in yesterday but not the wristlet.
