OMG - supposedly that procedure was supposed to be way easier than the colposcopy and biopsies. I feel miserable now. Hot flashes, clammy, lightheaded - UGH! I guess taking liquid nitrogen to an internal organ is more traumatizing than punching holes in it. WTF.

I hope your new horse has a saddle more comfy than mine!!!

gc's or src's? the amt should go back to the gc/src either way, but if it's an src then it'll expire this month so it'll depend on how long it takes them to do that and if they try to put the amt back on a src after-the-fact, you'll lose the amt.

I'm not sure if they would change the size of you call. Never done that.

hug I hope you feel better. I need to google that. I had an hsg before I had ds and it made me feel like that. I'm a fainter though.

Comfort Ugh geez. Hope that feeling doesn't last for long. Frown
TY hug I am totally not a whiner and can tolerate a lot of pain, no biggie - but this is just odd. After the first minute of the procedure, I got a little squirmy and the doc said the first minute was the worst and if I made it through that I would be fine. Then I started to have cramping and feeling ucky...then when he was done, I started getting the ringing in my ears, dizzy, tunnel vision...and supposedly this is easier than the last procedure. The last procedure I felt nothing at all and was fine. It's weird.

I've never really been a fainter, but all the medical stuff for this pregnancy has been taking its toll on me it seems. The dye they use in the HSG can make you feel really yucky I hear! I am so sorry you felt bad during it.

For this appointment, I walked in to the room and there was literally a tank of liquid nitrogen with a gun attached to it. It had two settings - freeze and defrost. I am not making this sh*t up. Literally, a nitrogen tank on a dolly with some little plastic gun with interchangeable tips to freeze and thaw out my insides. EW!

Thanks - it was where they have to freeze a part of my cervix with liquid nitrogen to kill all the abnormal cells. It sucked! I'm ok though. Well, I should be tomorrow. laugh out loud

I actually have never been to Del Mar, but I've always wanted to go. There's the Santa Anita that's a lot closer, but I haven't been to any horse races before. I just loove how the women dress for the Kentucky Derby!
