Nutella is sooo good! It has 200 calories for 1 serving of 2 tablespoons. I usually just use 1 when using it as a spread on my toast. It's more than enough for me! If you're just eating veggies mostly, 100 calories is nothing! Veggies are all water anyway : P Least that's how I justify it.

Think of it as being comparable to peanut butter in the way that it's made - with the exception that instead of ground peanuts, it's ground-til-smooth coconut.
You can actually make it yourself if you have a strong food processor. Simply buy a bag of shredded coconut (unsweetened) and pulse for a few minutes until you achieve a liquidy paste.

IMO, pink tees run TTS. I am 32b and get an XS for a fitted but comfortable look. I could probably do a S for a more relaxed style. The one tee that I have is quite long too.
It's low in carbs and has a greater depth of flavor than plain milk chocolate. I usually get an 85% cocoa content.
I think you're right about wines. I don't drink for my health though

oh, speaking of hats, i got one last weekend from target! most of them fit my head, but the one that i love was a bit small. i had to try on multiples to find one that fit me better (there's always a slight difference in sizing between the same product IME). i got this one [target.com] (love!) and also this one [target.com] (haven't worn it yet but i like it a lot also). yay hats! they were 14.99 in store last week when i bought them.

I looked yesterday & couldn't find one that worked on the products I'm ordering. I'm getting ready to place a large order for the many natural vitamins my DS takes, & they're very expensive for vitamins.
