Also there is a film of coconut oil on top, dont get confused and think that is the manna.
I've gotten lazy about replacing the brushes on mine.
I forgot to mention this! It's easy to "soften" the coconut butter though. You can put it in the microwave for a little bit. Or if it's hot enough in your kitchen (70degrees or more), coconut butter/oil will remain soft.

Like most girls in here, I have a Clarisonic that I use. I also alternate by washing with Philosophy's Microdelivery scrub. It has these teeny scrubbies which really get my skin clean.
I need to get my work done soon. I need to work my appointments around a slow week at work. Which never happens. Ugh. Glad to hear you are feeling better though!
I have been enjoying the single life for years. Even when I was in relationships because I do not turn over any control. I do what I want. However, nuSO is already "put together" so I do not have to mother him or ignore him. We are like a team. I am still apprehensive about being on a team though. #weshallsee

I read a lot of food/health-oriented blogs and I always see *rave* reviews about Artisana Organic Raw Coconut Butter [amazon.com].
I'm thinking about buying their single serving packets [artisanafoods.com] for portion control. It's way too easy to just dig my spoon into the jar!
Speaking of different "nut butters," have any of ya'll tried almond butter? That stuff is really delicious too! Esp. the one from Trader Joe's.

That's my biggest fear now, that when I do meet a guy I won't know how to be in a relationship. I'm so used to doing whatever I want, whenever I want. How to take a "me" to a "we."

Starting to think I "need" it again.
I really need to educate myself on wine. Dh loves to buy it so I just leave it to him. I'm too dependent on him sometimes. I should be able to order wine by myself.
