Pretty much what 3 out of the 4 BM's are thinking... but for whatever reason Bride & sister-zilla are very focused on that. Yes, she's def. interested in shoe shots, but I think the one on her list is where her shoes match the GM's socks? So if we can't have color shoes and bring the bridal party together with it - why would you even bother with the GM's socks then... and how would you get the groom in socks the color he detests (the accent color)? So now she's looking at all other shades of the rainbow for her to salvage a sock shot. It now has nothing to do with the wedding color, theme or anything, it's just some picture she's obsessed with. I asked if we could do color shoes - Nope. We're all black. The guys are gray suits. At least it looks like how it feels...someone's funeral.

I got us on the identical shoe page now... she's about to pull the trigger even though her sister hates it. I actually already have the exact shoe in another color and I'm about to take a pic and show her that my arches are so high, they pop out of this shoe too Evil Maybe then I can wear my fUGG boots and call it a day? Oooor we can go back to sandals, which was the first option, oddly enough. Are my feet not uglier in sandals- how did we start there? Confused3

The things they share in common are the bad things- selfish, self-centered, stubborn and indecisive... he was a little like that before, but now the fiancee encourages it and does it herself Frown Yeah, exactly. To me the consequences are so clear, right? 1 friend??? But she doesn't even see that... just says she gets along better with guys. Umm... that's not it. More annoying now is that she brushes off me saying 3" shoes are a struggle for me. "I just don't think it's that bad". I explained my arch collapse saga from a 3.25" heel... walking across a gravel parking lot barefoot b/c your feet won't work in shoes when it has collapsed and how painful it is.... she repeats herself and adds "You can take your shoes off in between pics, and I guess I'll relax and let you girls change into flats for the reception since the photos are over". That's for us right... for her own shoes "Oh yeah, I don't know how I'm going to do it, I'm not good in heels- I can barely do 3 myself, wedding ones are 3.5" . So it's not like she doesn't understand, she just doesn't care about anyone but herself. Man, I'm too old for this $hit.

Yeah... I've managed to befriend the other fiancee's friend, we're on the same page with it and she's getting hell b/c her hair is red- not crazy red, just dyed red. I wonder what they'll do when I cut my hair to donate it... makes you wonder where, heck IF there's a line they wouldn't cross... What would happen if I got sick? Hair fell out, would she ask for a wig that met the specs?

Missing on the fun talks with you girls here Sadwalk been busy with finals for all subjects - last 3 weeks for this semester and then I will be on my way to vacay in India Whee
