They said I wouldn't be charged return shipping for the bra. I'll have to remember to keep an eye out for that. I do have a free return label that I was going to use for the swim bottoms. I have some other stuff to return too. Should I just send that bra in with my returns? I was thinking it would be best to return it by itself to avoid confusion. I want to make sure they know the situation with that bra. The label on the bag matches the bra I ordered, but the bra is very different. The bra they sent is also $10 cheaper in the sale catalog than the one I ordered.

Thanks for posting the return form link. I may use that for the incorrect bra. Would you do it that way?

I think you'll be fine returning the bra using the invoice VS sent. If you put 'wrong item sent' (code 11) on the invoice they'll take the bra out and check the item # on the tag and they'll see that it's the wrong bra. And you also included a note, so that's a smart thing to do. I would also print out the SA's email and underline the part where she says she won't charge you return shipping just in case.

Actually, I think you did all the right things and are good to go. Return the bra on its own to avoid confusion is a good idea. And then you can return the swim bottom using the other free label you have so you could avoid return shipping for that too. You get Thumbup from me for being a true SD'er!

Just wanted to pop in and say that I'm impressed with Bebe's service. I had to return one of the two floppy hats I bought because it lacked some structure. I went to a different county with a different tax rate than the one I live in and used the address for the shipping (which is more). I was refunded the tax rate where I bought it instead of the lower one! woot

I know that Guess refunded the tax rate of the county I returned it in and I wasn't happy about that concept.

Full price! Faint I think I am good on bras for the time being. I ordered an Angels full coverage lightly lined bra for everyday and I love it! Very comfy for around the house.

I also received my Sigma [sigmabeauty.com] kabuki foundation brush today! woot It is the best makeup purchase I've made in a while. Seriously heart it! The bristles are so soft and it spreads the foundation out so evenly. Best part, no hairs on my face!!!!! I even used the damp brush trick and it worked great!

Does anyone else's DH or significant other try to sabotage your diet? My DH is constantly bringing in stuff he knows I like that aren't diet friendly. He says a few rolls or muffins won't hurt anything. Annoyed He knows Sunday is my day to eat whatever I want, but now wants me to add Saturday too. shake head

Thanks for the advice. hug I've never returned much, until lately. (With the weight loss, I haven't been sure on sizing.) I appreciate the help from someone knowledgeable in returns.

Our DS has an Xbox, but he never plays with it. We have one of those crazy kids who outgrew TV. Dontknow Fortunately, he did like it when he was younger & needed entertainment that wasn't provided by mom. laugh out loud

I did use a $10 off bra code. With the weight loss, I didn't have any bras that fit. I had to buy some. Paying full price kills me too. Embarrassment

I'm so disappointed with the tankinis. Frown I tried everything on for my DH again. Shh.... don't tell Kurpee. Secret The 34D's I tried on & returned were too revealing. I ordered 36D's & they're too big. Is a 34DD too much to ask for. Head Bang I really wanted the turquoise tie dye print, but neither size fits. Sadwalk

Mine orders a lot when we go out to eat. Drives me crazy laugh out loud. He doesn't really have time to grocery shop though.

I enjoy shopping at Bebe. I find that their career pants fit me much better than Express' or anywhere else for that matter. I heart their blazers too. Another thing I really like are their dresses, when they actually have styles I like. Everything's really well made and I think the price is fair. I only shop when I can meet the coupon minimum or get GCs or something.

I am returning my knotted back tank from Express. Snakeskin OK, back and neckline great, my issue is the armhole is not fitted enough, the sides of my bewbs don't feel secure, I feel like they may peek out. Therefore, I placed another order Teehee

I got a pink heartbreaker in 34 d and it fit. I've been using trial and error for a few weeks. Since it's a pink bra do y'all think I'm a 32 d or dd now in a regular bra?
