Someone had too much to drink on Cinco de Mayo and decided to take out and break in half a power pole. No power again for all of last night and most of today shake head I have had enough excitement with lack of electricity in a week!!

Yep, I've heard the other girls have done this. You could just write the item number on a clear ziploc bag or something.

I put in a ziploc bag, write the order number, customer number, item number, size, color code on the bag with a sharpie. I have done this before and had no problem.

I never return stuff in the original bags unless I don't open them at all. The item number is on the tag, so there shouldn't be a problem. I just make sure the item is with the return form with a rubber band or plastic bag.

Thanks girls. Smilie Unfortunately, I didn't do as much as tarri, but I did put the item number, description, color, & size on another VS plastic bag that I tore the label off of. I had other returns too. On all of them, I taped the invoice to the plastic bag for each item. Hopefully, I won't have any problems. I couldn't find 2 invoices, so I had to make one for each of the items. This is my first time making an invoice. I hope I did it right. Until recently, I never had problems with sizing. It seems like I've guessed wrong more often than guessing right recently. shake head I'm glad I have you all to talk me through all of this.

Ya'll are so cute. If I cannot find the bag, I just throw the item in the box. No rubber banding, no ziploc bag, nothing. VS has put me through enough changes that I am not doing any extra work. I will say that most items are in the original bags, but out of 50, 2-3 may not be. They always figure it out. The return forms are filled completely.

Me too. Most of mine aren't in the bags though laugh out loud.
