Stop it you shopping monster!! Big Grin

I'm the opposite now. Shopping bores me. I hate the high thresholds on the GWPs. I would just order stuff and return it but I am afraid they will come after me and start charging me for the GWPs. LOL
I'm on a rampage! Whee

Shopping comes in waves for me. There will be long periods where I don't buy anything at all and then times like this. LMAO I think after this month, it will calm down a lot. Cool

Wait, I lied. There's the SAS.. so after that! Wink

I'll defintely hit SAS whenever that is but as of now I dont expect to buy much (famous last words) LOL. I think it's ok cuz this means I can be more selective in what I buy. I just annoys me cuz they have these cool GWPs but the spend on them is so high it's like WTF laugh out loud

That's cool Smilie I know that's true!!

I guess maybe I dont have the time/patience anymore. Easier to go pull something from my closet now laugh out loud

I am trying to pay more attention now so I dont miss anything. I am glad I tried the knockout bra for example. It isnt like anything I have and it looks really good under tees.

I didn't notice this sliding off. It might have been a little harder at first to put the hair around it just because it's bigger.
....
hopefully it's just me. or maybe my hair is extra slippery these days. it's too fat for me to curl my hair like i did with the herstyler. i need to learn a new way. i did find it was easier to do if i alternate hands. i didn't have to do this with the herstyler.

A guru I haven't heard of yet, thanks! Smilie

I burned myself. Teehee It's going to take ALOT of practice for me. I think I need to play with it unplugged just to get the hang of using a clipless first.
...
i have a clipless! that's the 'herstyler' i keep referring to. that one is way easier to use than this one! my hair does not slip off of that one!

googled it: http://www.thesmallthingsblog.com...-wand.html

i use mine like this. if you maneuver the hair instead of the curling wand it is easier (at least for me.
i do that - i don't think you can do it the other way. but my hair still falls off of it! i will check out the tut. i think i need to try doing it the opposite way - i can't get it close enough to my head.

my layers stick out like she says, but i don't find that too horrible. i think the problem i have is, the remington 1.5" is too fat at that part, so when i'm pulling it around to the tapered part, it slides from the fat base to the thinner side. plus, i use way more hair than the tut - if i used sections like her, i would literally do hundreds of sections - i have too much hair.

*sigh* i thought the fatter wand would do more hair but i guess not! i'll just keep practicing, but i wish i had gotten something non-tapered and fat! Frown

I've saw some girls start at the end of the hair tip and wrap the hair up while moving the wand. Way too much work.

You're lucky though to have thick hair. My cousin has thick hair. She hates it, but I'm super jealous.
