Someone mentioned belly yoga the other day. I'd never heard of it. Is it something someone with severe back problems could do? I really want to get rid of my belly fat & dieting isn't working. Although I've lost a lot of weight, I've hardly lost any in my mid-section. Annoyed There's really not an exercise I can think of that I'm able to do. I'm hoping I could do this. I don't want to risk ending up in the hospital, so I only want to try it if it won't be hard on my back.

nod I love Biofit. It's padded just enough so I don't get nip showing. laugh out loud ..... but it's not too heavy. I wore all Biofit bras when I went to Hong Kong last year. With the super humidity out there, you'd hate yourself if you wore anything more!

GH, I can find right yoga for you and you can slowly try it at home and I would be pleased if I can guide you through it if needed. I do not do yoga everyday Hide but since I am from India I by default know a lot about it.
Yoga helps in soooooooo many ways you can not imagine. It helps in feeling much better mentally too. I am bit busy right now with 2 tests on Saturday but after that I am done for this semester. I will get back to you by PM and we can have a loooooooong talk on PM without thread hijacking Coverlaugh

That happened to me before too! I had about $50 or so in my cart and no codes were applying at all.
