Are you drinking caffeinated? I get anxiety sometimes from too much caffeine (ie: if I have more than 2 cups a day).

Maybe you can do a few breathing/stretching exercises when you first wake up to kind of ease into your morning.

yeah its a little odd. you have to dl the wrapp app on your phone. open it, connect to FB and then select a friend to gift it to. i guess it's hoping they send you one back.
in addition to sephora, there's also h&m, gap, etc. i think it limits you to 15 friends you can send the freebies to.

you can redeem it in store on your phone. if the person doesnt have an android/iphone, they can join online and use it online. it says you have to use it once you view the code tho otherwise it expires in 30 mins or something like that
