When do you leave for your trip? Long flight, right? I remember when I flew overseas my a$$ was SO sore from sitting so many hours. laugh out loud It's a good thing that I love to fly (I know, I'm weird...but I don't hate super long flights.)

I don't mind long flights either. I just eat and sleep after every meal laugh out loud they serve like 3 meals including snacks and flight makes me sleepy. When not sleeping I catch up on movies I missed Big Grin Inflight entertainment and options are REALLY good in long flights.

i love long flights too!! it's always when i catch up on all the movies i've missed in the past year... i rarely go to the theaters now so i find i miss a lot! laugh out loud i'm pretty good at sleeping on planes too. excited for you!!

Has anyone ever purchased from BHcosmetics.com [bhcosmetics.com] before? They're 120 pallets looks nice and decent for the price. I haven't really worn eye shadow much, I usually just wear eyeliner and mascara, but I want to try experimenting more. Is this a good place to start? If not, could anyone recommend a good pallet with wide variety of color options? TIA!

i am scared of answering because i'd recommend the pricier brands. i think it's worth it for the quality, and makeup application is just more fun Teehee my tops are urban decay and too faced. i'd recommend starting out with basic nudes first - naked palette is really popular. then you can try a more colorful palette.

however, if you don't want to put in that much of an investment at this point, i think those palettes should work as your first. if you have amazon prime, you can get fs with a coastal scents palette [amazon.com].

Thank you for your input! I was actually considering Coastal Scents too. I really want more colors, I think I'd get really bored with a nude palette. I like bold color, but have been kind of bad with makeup most of my life. Using cream or gel eyeliners has made me much more attentive to how I apply makeup. I was never even able to apply liquid eyeliner before, but I can easily now. I think it's time I've stepped up my game a little. I've always been kind of artistic in other respects.

I also realized I wrote pallet instead of palette. I'm around pallets all day at work and my brain just isn't functioning at full capacity.

Yep, onto black. She asked for our sizes and will be doing Zappos so people can send them back. Luckily, I found a pair on my own already and got "approval" Annoyed I told her she didn't have to buy us shoes, that she should either 1) admit she was anal and pick the shoes for us (with some griping) or 2) give us loose guidelines and let us find our own (understanding that it may not be perfection, but if you want them all different anyways ). She kept saying she thought she was being nice by letting us choose ... but with strict guidelines, which of course included- "your feet would look ugly in those, you can't get those" ... yeah, sooooo flipping nice. Angry
