I think it can be worn day or night. Depending on what you wear it with (accessories, shoes, etc.) you can easily make it more festive for night outtings or downplay a bit for daytime. You would def. need a 2 - you are petite so I think a 2 would be perfect for you.

Oops! I'm sorry for the confusion Doh , I must have deleted the stronger wording I had typed earlier - I'll be sending both the M and L top back. For my size, I need an S band with an L cup, so I can rarely do these fixed-band styles (the ones that hook in back, not tie). I tried the M- cup is just too small to be decent, band is OK... the L- cup is perfect, but now the band is too big (this one adjusts down 1" with 2 extra slots for the hook) and the gap between cups is has widened so even if I took in the band beyond the 1" of the shorter band slots, the girls would likely fall out the middle.

Do you hear that VS? Offer your L bikini tops with a smaller band option! 1" is not going to cut it!

I found a few that I like and I believe they are all lined...but the see-through factor is worrying me.

I just ordered some of the forever sexy suits with a tie back. I hope they fit. I hate ordering with a tier because I know something will not fit and I'll have to exchange.

I'm assuming this is still the grey sheen one. I have one from Bebe years ago and I don't know how to wear it. I got the matching pants and I thought it would look good together like on the model, but they look terrible with all that sheen together so I just wear the pants separately.

I thought I would eventually fall in love with the Jacket, but it got to the point where it passed its return date policy and I haven't worn it and am stuck with it.

Any advice on how to sport such a jacket? How would you tone down the sheen?

I have 1 white bikini by Roxy and it's fine, no see-through. I can't attest for VS though, but maybe that helps.

i usually have the problem of them becoming see-thru. one of my favorite bikini tops (by Vix) is not lined and i have to wear stickies under the bikini to hide the nips.

but it's fine as long as it's lined, i think.

I never use tiered codes anymore b/c I always return something and I hate having to figure out the breakdown of the tier. I can't remember the last time I kept 100% of anything I bought from VS.

I would never wear a matching sheen-y suit. laugh out loud Agreed, it would be too much. The way I style my blazers to make it more fashionable and less "business-y" is:
  1. Cuff the sleeves - 3/4 is a good length
  2. Pair it with something more casual underneath (a tank dress or loose tank and shorts)
  3. Definitely do not wear it buttoned! I always leave it unbuttoned b/c it feels less stuffy
I hope I'm making sense. I'll take a few pics later on to show you what I'm talking about.

White suits need the double lining IME. I had a 1-piece from Speedo when I was in college. The front was double lined, and that was fine- save that the nips still seem to show more in white.... but the back was only single-lined, you could totally see my crack once it was wet EEK! I think to this day, it is DH's favorite suit heart, though it's long gone now... mysteriously disappeared on a family trip Spider

What size do you think I am?
I measure 30 around the bottom of my boobs and 35 around my boobs. That would be a 30 dd so i would go up to 32 d. I tried the 32 d and 32 dd in knockout and was busting out of each size. i've heard it runs small. if i go up to a 34 band do you think i should order a c or d.
