i would try a size 4. i've been pretty consistently fitting in xs/2 at express - sometimes the 2 is tight and sometimes i get a S for a looser fit. i usually get size 4 tops at vs, and it sounds like you'd be a 6 at vs, so express 4 dresses/tops should fit you! as for bottoms - i have no idea. the 2 is a bit loose on me in the hips, but waist is probably a good fit (or tight on a day i eat a lot

the others should help you more there, but i know that my points for online orders do not reflect in my account for awhile. i.e. my orders from last week have not shown up yet. hopefully they will soon!
