they kept insisting that it's per order, even if you use 1 label.
so it's not like they didn't understand me (tho, the first guy, let's call him Stupidest, did not understand it at all. the 2nd guy, Stupider, understood but was adamantly making up rules, like all limited CS).
and great, if Stupidest or Stupider are tagged onto my orders, that will suck. at least i think i can pretty much tell if it is one of them - I will call until I get a girl, and if they transfer me I will hang up.
uggggh me too. i don't think i even want to deal with a sale. i'm done, completely. they really need to learn that good CS marks success in a clothing company.
especially since i didn't even abuse it! the 2nd order had 1 top in it. like, i really just saved them $$. they are abusing ME by charging me twice. WHY CAN'T THEY SEE THAT????
sigh i think the guy was in a 'haughty taughty almighty' mood in which there was no talking sense into him and he was not backing down. i'm sorry but, he is being silly to argue with me over the $6 charge especially since i sent back 4 items TOTAL, not the 50 items i normally send back in a vs return.
vs always gives me my shipping label charge back also, if they accidentally charge me twice. kinda makes me think twice about saying bad stuff about vs - they're not so bad at all!
I went to Express today- I got this top [express.com] which I've been eyeing and a beautiful maxi skirt which isn't on the site for $40 after using a $15 off mailer!!
