Whee Went to VS today and the SA was *super* sweet! She let me pick out 4 more panties (I bought 10 last week before the 7/$26 promo).

Also dropped by Express but didn't buy anything. I tried on this Printed Elastic Waist Dress [express.com] in Teal. My cousin has this dress and it is gorgeous on her....but it just droops loosely on me. Not unflattering, but not OMG either. ::sigh:: So weird to not buy anything!

Hi ladies! I tried to catch up but you guys had over 100 new posts! Been busy I see!!

So I just got my order in from last week. It had a bra, some underwear, and the makeup bags. I ordered all of these. It also had this shirt:

They have that at one of the stores kind of far from me. I'd go myself to get the dogs, but man! They need to do that at all the VS stores!

As someone who owns the wedge t in all different colors and prints I say no. Teehee If I find a shape of a shirt/dress/skirt I like and it looks good on me I always buy it in different colors or prints.

i have this similar dress [express.com] and a story goes with it. i didn't like it at first, but went back retried and came home with it.

anyway, here's the story:

i was in (2nd grader) ds's classroom after their program. a girl classmate stared at me and said "she's pretty!" in the most flattering tone. i wasn't sure she was referring to me or if that's what she really said (i didn't want to assume Teehee ). then i asked ds later about it and he confirmed laugh out loud but quickly added, "i think it's your dress" LMAO told dh the whole story and he laughed Bonk

i do own some tops in different prints, or just very slightly different cuts. but tops are more easy to wear differently than dresses. and gh's point about not having that many dresses (or not wearing them a lot) applies to me.

I asked yesterday, but no one replied. Which black mini skirt at Express is the one everybody loves? I need a solid black skirt to wear with some of my nicer tops.

Yeah, I'm disappointed in the dresses. I'm still trying to figure out a way to make the metallic lace dress work. Other than a bit of overflow boob, it fits perfectly. I need a way to tame the girls. laugh out loud I have one more coming. Wish me luck.

How many rollers you use would depend on how long & thick your hair is. If you didn't have too much hair in them, they're probably fine. I usually only use all of them, if I want a lot of curl. For a wavy look, you shouldn't need all of them. I can't wait to see, if you like them. bounce

also ds told me today, that his teacher asked him how old his little brother is (she knows we just had a baby). his answer: "zero" Rofl2

i think the teacher asked because was cleaning up and looking to give away a set of alphabet flash cards which my son ended up bringing home.

I don't wear many dresses either but I'm trying to change that. It gets so hot here in the summer I need to find more dresses I like on myself. Girly

I own this one [express.com] andthis one [express.com] but in black. The second is pretty short so I only wear it on date nights with DH. The first is longer and looks nice too. That's too cute. I'm sure you looked fabulous. Kids just don't want to think they have the hot mom.

I buy a lot of colors in the same shorts or tops too, but I wear them a lot. If I find something that fits nicely & is comfortable I usually stock up on the style.

I thought it was the first one. The only thing on the site that isn't on sale. Annoyed The first & third link look very similar. How are they different? I wonder if the last one would be too short for me. Scratchchin I don't necessarily want a mini. The models are so much taller than I that a knee length skirt on them is too long for me. I want one that's a respectable length for any occasion, but not too long. For me, that's usually a mini on them. laugh out loud The last skirt is so cheap I'm considering trying it. I'll probably still need a longer one though.
