Uh oh...I'm 27 now. Not going to count my birthdays anymore. Laugh1 I have a history of lower back pain. It's less noticeable if I work out often (I'm guessing the muscles get trained to be stronger?). I'm sorry to hear about the tough spot your sis put you in. It's never good when people spring things on you last minute (esp. 'cus now you have to perpetuate this and spring it on DH last minute). On the bright side, you'll be able to see your niece and hopefully that will allow you to forget all of this last-minute stuff.

got my nude tude palette (thebalm) from HL! ordered 2 (1 to gift) and one had a broken shadow. Sadwalk too lazy to call and have them ship a new one kuz who knows - that one might be broken too. so i pressed it. it's less broken now but i don't anticipate using that one much... it's the matte black one. oh well.

aside from that, it's a beautiful palette! i must say i love this one... i guess i love them all, but this one is really nice - mostly shimmers and i only used 3 or 4 colors from there today, but the ones i used will quickly become favorites i think.
