I was just kidding...but it is not shampoo. You use it instead. I only have my hair "shampooed" when I go to the hair stylist, which is every 6-8 weeks. I use it every time it is time to "wash/cleanse" my hair myself. A show just ended, but it will be on again at 8pm, 2pm Sat, 4pm Sun, and a few more times after that.

There are also tutorials on chazdean . com.
I will figure out what channel qvc is and dvr it. Can you use other styling products with the line? It seems neat!

I do use other styling products. Of course, they have introduced their own and promote those.

Yup! I would not suggest a newbie buying a gallon-size, even though you have 30 days to return it. I would suggest trying a 16oz or a combo if you want to try other styling products also. My gallon has last 3+ years; however, I do not cleanse my hair as often as I suspect most of you do. Traditionally, Black woman do not wash their hair as often as other women.

I wash mine everyday. I shouldn't, but I get sweaty when I run.

There is no way in h*** I would wash my hair everyday. The process takes too long. I do not like doing my hair whatsoever.

I don't wash mine that often either. It's really long and fine. I do much better without washing it because it seems to break more the more that I wash it. Shampoo lasts me a long time.

The cleansing conditioner looks interesting. I went to qvc.com and noticed that they had the infomercial online. I watched it, and everyone's hair looks so pretty...but I also love the way blown out hair looks. I wish I was coordinated enough to do that with myself! They say 1 gallon should last 6 months...that's like 1 oz per week...I guess that's not that unreasonable...

Oh, sort of OT, but I got my legs done with laser hair removal about two weeks ago. They put me on a machine that uses radio frequencies and "damages" the hair folicle, opposed to the laser that's attracted to pigment. I already notice a small difference, and my hair is starting to fall out. They warned me I would "shed" because the follicle was damaged within the next two weeks. I highly recommend this laser to those with blonde or red hair. I guess it's some sort of recent development, but I'm happy.

Also, my groupon place rocks! I bought a groupon for lower legs, and they just doubled it to let me get my entire legs. They also having a sign that says that if we want additional sessions (at the groupon price) we can...and anyone we refer will also get the same price. I may be getting a whole lot of hair removal done!

It is a bad habit. I tried to break it before and that didn't work out that well.

I'm still doing my underarms. I haven't had a session since before my surgery. I'm going back monday! I'm going to do my legs and bikini this fall!

YES, you're right. I meant to write about 1 oz per day. 182.5 days in a year, 128 oz. in the gallon. 1.41 oz per day...that does seem like a lot. That's like a shot glass (1.5 oz) full of shampoo every day!
