btw i got the racerback ruched dress [express.com]. i like it a lot! i'm keeping this one (in S - fits me well). it somehow hides my love handle flaws and accentuates what little waist i have! i think it does sort of do that thing at the bottom that you were talking about, but it's not too noticeable. maybe you just have super thin legs so it shows more.

i thought that my legs might be the culprit too, since no one seems to mention it in reviews

I was too short for it. Bunched up in the back for me. Fit like a glove everywhere else. Don't remember the bottom acting crazy.

i also got this [express.com] and returned it. didn't work for me - looked really weird. i don't really know why either!

i get embarassed by my returns too, i have decided from now on, i'm returning most by mail. also, i don't buy in the store a lot, but i try some stuff on to remember what to get online Paperbag this last time i made 2 purchases in store, 2 tops for me in one transaction and pants for dh in another. i may be returning my 2 tops Paperbag

i think they got excited because the first thing i pulled out is one-of-a-kind. for some reason i only saw it on clearance (this was long time ago, i was nearing my 90-day limit), only in xs.

it didn't flatter me like a lot of other express dresses have been. possibly bc of the higher waist like you said. either way i didn't love it so it's going back (both of them - i returned 1 today and got 1 in the mail Coverlaugh).

did you try it for the first time before the new boobs? you should try it again def, but it could still work for you! like kurpee said maybe the waist went higher on me than i'm used to.
