Did you go to WC? They didn't have much the first weekend, can't imagine anything left now.
Hahaha I like that even better! DH and I always spend Christmas Eve out alone for dinner and finish shopping. Then it's back home for gift wrapping till all hours of the night. The last thing I want to do is make rolls. But my family looks forward to them. Now I go to Walmart (Publix doesn't carry the frozen bread) grab the bread, thaw, fill and I am ready to go!
This http://www.express.com/strapless-...624b333e94 is the dress alvs recommended so highly. It was very flattering on me. I liked that it completely covered my boobs, unlike the strapless VS dresses.
The metallic dress isn't a bright silver. It's like a mix between gold & silver. The color actually looked pretty good with my skin tone. I also tried on the non-metallic, sand ruched dress http://www.express.com/cowl-neck-.../index.pro, but it wasn't as flattering. It was too long.
It was the WC, VS that we went to. They had a few full price items I wanted, but that was about it. Online shopping is much better than shopping in that store. At least, my sister got some free panties with a coupon she received in the mail.
You're brave to do so much shopping on Christmas Eve. If we don't go to NC, we usually go out to eat on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day too. I can't handle the crowds to do any major shopping. It sounds like a nice tradition though.
no, i returned the metallic lace one. i ordered it 3 times - a 0 and 2 2's. i returned the 0 and the first 2 bc i ended up getting it cheaper the 2nd time. but i'm not sure if i'm keeping it - it's the same style as the striped one that has no stretch, but the striped is much more flattering on me. my tummy doesn't look as good in the metallic lace one. i don't have a lot of opportunities to wear dresses like that anyway so i'm trying not to have too many of them. it is definitely cute tho!
i'm not trying that dress in the blue print, only because i have another dress in the blue print (strapless one) that i like.

I rarely wear dresses either, but I want to start wearing them more often. Plus, I need some for my cruise. That's the only time I wear dresses every evening to dinner. I only have a couple dresses from previous cruises that I can still wear. Those will have to be altered, but they were too expensive to donate w/o attempting to alter them.

this dress [express.com] on the other hand is awesome. it somehow hides my flaws and is super flattering! i got an S - i've been getting more XS than S at express it seems, but the S was snug. i'd say 1 size up from the strapless dress you and alvs love.

so annoyed - i came home early, went to get the mail and saw ups truck. got excited kuz i'm expecting ups shipments. i peeked out but didn't see the driver so i came back inside to wait for the packages. 20 minutes later, still didn't hear anything, so i open the door only to find a notice left.
SAS time for me means the door game to figure out which door to the mall is unlocked to enter at 7am. The store I went to didn't have lighting until like 8:40 this morning. It was ridiculous, but I don't think it was the stores fault. I found the coral Gorgeous bra that I was hoping I would find, now I have to find the matching panties. Got an Incredible with lace and another Gorgeous, both with matching panties. Also got a SE hoodie, a leopard lace and floral silk nightie. Some of the beauty was marked 50% and 65% off. Is VS too cheap to discount things to 75% now??
