Congrats on the new baby. You're almost there. woot I can't believe the short length on that skirt is 36 1/2 inches. No wonder it doesn't appear to be selling well.
Thanks....It's my fourth Smilie And my older three are all 5 and under....this one was kind of an accident laugh out loud I need to get my tubes tied or something this time around...

I didn't notice the measurements on the site for the skirt Hide I hadn't thought to look for that....I don't order clothes from VS often, so I guess I should have

i'd go to orange tho. it's a nice shopping center. seriously, citadel=no bueno, good stores or not! at least that's what i remember from the 1 time i went... anyone else want to chime .
Quote from PordaPoddy :
yuckyfactor sucks, but if the store selection is good she'll like it. SD, fellatio...autocorect HAHAHA, camarillo! , and morongo are too far for today's timescale. Ill look more at the orange thing, see if they're real outlets. Thanks foe the quick feedback!

thanks for your speedy answer too! Yeah, I love camarillo, I'm in southwest la, hoping for something 1 hour or less drive for today.
Citadel has added a lot more stores over the past yr or 2....but it's generally horrible parking and I'd say the selection of merchandise is soso.

Nerd, try Frederick's of Hollywood for your white dress. I actually really like their club-wear dresses. I have a couple and always get compliments on them when I go out! They are pretty reasonably priced a well. If you haven't ordered from them before, you may want to try on a few dresses in store to learn their sizing. Overall, I find their sizing consistent, and I have never returned anything I bought from them (but I don't buy that much...I just like their clothes when clearance goes 50%off).

Went to The Block (yep nerdy, they're calling them outlets) and had a great time with my aunt, thanks so much for all the input! hug

i was just informed that i can't wear black at my bachelorette and that i should find more white club-wear. help! it's so difficult to find a flattering and sexy white dress for those of us who have problem areas.
. . .
Funny enough, I wore a whitish/ivory clubby dress the night DH & I got engaged... THAT was the night I had to go commando LMAO , now I did walk by some guys at a lounge in Bellagio and hear one remark, "man, that guy is sooooo lucky" . Blush2 I've never felt so sexy ... and dangerous in all my life- I mean- I trip in my heels and BAM - clamshots for everyone! EEK!
My sexy club wear comes from the cheap and/or trashy places- I see Fredericks has some white clubby dresses [fredericks.com]

ACK!!! I must be late..go to the Block at Orange!! It's super nice there. I don't think it's as good as Cabazon, but it's not bad!

I hear Citadel has nice good deals, but I've never been and don't really want to ever go. In a ghetto area vomit
Thanks for the input! Yeah I googled it and saw how close it is to Compton and the like ... meh....

I've been trying to find white jeans for years. No luck so far.
I've found these jeans at Nordies and TJ Maxx. They're from the Juniors department from the company JOLT. I wear a nudish- colored panty with it, but they're the most opaque I've seen! Also- love the way their skinny pants fit- I have tiny calves and these actually fit them

Thank you for your input. I think I'll only hit that outlet if it's on the way somewhere.

Hey, just wanted to let you know I found shorts at Banana Republic that are strikingly similar to the ones we like so much at GAP, and BR had them 50% off regular price---> $20! I'm going to return the black ones I bought at GAP for $30 now.

Alvs, I bought a pair of Diesel white jeans from TJ Maxx. I love them. With a nude thong, you can't see anything. They are far less see through than Joe's IMO.

Also, does anyone have any extra online Macy's 20% coupons? DBF just bought a suit that is substantially cheaper now Smilie

Before anyone thinks I'm irresponsible, I actually planned the first three that way laugh out loud I wanted to have 'em all young and then have them grow up together. The fourth was a surprise blessing Smilie I was freaking out when I first found out, but I'm excited now, and my kids are really looking forward to a play toy...which can be both good and bad Smilie

no, not at all. i can see the advantages of having them close together, i know what you mean. they get to have similar interests as they grow up. and little conveniences for you like picking them up in one school. with me, by the time my younger goes to elementary school, the other would be in middle school, so i would have to hop from one school to the other.

your house must have a daycare ambience Coverlaugh

yes, very specific. i'll have to do some shopping. it's a good thing most of the girls will be about the same size, so i plan to bring all my stuff - maybe someone else can wear it if they won't let me. :lo l: she said she just wants me to stand out and wants me to wear white. i do have a little white dress i picked up in italy maaaany years ago. i was thinner then, so it looked better - it's a drop waist strapless dress so my problem area looks bad in it. : (

also, that black metallic dress is veeery stretchy, but i would size up. i.e. i tried the XS and while i got it on me fine, it had to stretch a lot for it to accommodate my size, so it became pretty see-through. i ordered it in S so that hopefully it won't be as see-through. the XS was such a teeny dress! width-wise at the waist it was like, probably about 6-7" wide when unstretched.
Taking a lot of dresses is a good plan. Wink That's a good excuse to buy more. Big Grin You never know. Someone may forget to bring a dress. Teehee Now I understand the white dress requirement. She wants it to be obvious that you're the bride. You should also wear something like a crown or sash identifying you as the bride. Otherwise, it will just appear that you like white dresses.

Thanks for the dress info. Should I get a S or M, if it's still available? I easily wore a S in the silver metallic dress.

Congrats on the 4th. It's good to have them close together. My DS was fine being an only child, until he got older. By middle school, he was wishing he had someone he could always depend on to hang out with at home. He'd get tired of his friends after awhile. He still wishes he had a sibling to do stuff with. My DH wanted 6 kids, but it didn't work out for us. He would have loved to have a big family like yours. I was fine either way.

I probably wouldn't have noticed the measurements, if you hadn't mentioned how long the skirt is. It's not uncommon for me to order something, then later realize it wasn't even what I wanted. You're not alone in not reading the details. I do that all the time. Embarrassment

It's regular price. I think you're thinking of another dress.

That's what I got. In black. It doesn't need a belt. Does nothing for it.
