Yep. I just tested it. I saw on another site where ship50 is working and ship25 sometimes works when it is so I did a mock and it worked! No clue the exp.

All the Express, clearance dresses I wanted are OOS in my size now. It looks like I will be waiting to use my CC. That's probably a good thing. Stick Out Tongue I hope they come out with some new dresses I like soon. I'll have to stalk the site to make sure the others I want don't go OOS on me, when there's another sale.
