UGh! If that is their new policy - they need to send out an announcement or something! Otherwise my store is going to HATE me. I will return every.single.item in store. UGH! On another note - my offtopic rant for the day...when people write, or even worse - SPEAK the shorthand "totes" instead of totally and "adorbs" instead of adorable...it makes me see red. Literally I think it is the dumbest and most irritating thing EVER.

Actually, I may just cram all of my returns in to a flat rate return box and address it myself. Then, I am only out $10 regardless.

I think Alvs was charge when she shipped using their label. I don't think there is a problem with returning to store.

I can't even bear to watch the video after seeing the commentary.

Karen Klein said one comment hurt the most--kids said "you're so ugly your kid should kill themselves" Her son took his life 10 yr ago

Kids can be so mean. It's just amazing how mean kids can be to each other, especially at that age.

However, the story about people coming together in order to help this lady really brings tears to my eyes. I'm so happy that people are donating. Even on my student salary, I donated a little bit of money to help her. I was just so moved by this story. I hope she can retire or go on a dream vacation.

Thanks for sharing this, GOTB. There are some terrible people in this world, but my goodness, there are some amazing ones as well.

they are calling it processing charge though if i recall from anni's post. it doesn't make sense that way since if they go by that, they can tack on the $6 even if you didn't use their label.

I agree with you. If they start charging a processing fee to return an item, I will no longer shop there.

I probably will pay for my own return just because it is one or two items from 7 orders. I have one order of 6 items from one order I will use their label for.

I haven't been really impressed with VS lately. I'm not receiving my SLR's in the mail when I redeem for them, the sizing issues on the bras I ordered are UNREAL and the CS seems worse than it was before. Maybe I just need to quit shopping for awhile laugh out loud

Woo hoo! I finally called about my express points not being added, and I'm A-List. Nerd, I haven't had my last 3 orders add. I had two in store purchases, where my Next number is at the bottom, and it STILL didn't add my points. How ridiculous. I have to monitor that very closely.

I'm so tempted to get a credit card...

Also, this cocoon sweater [express.com] is finally on sale. I have a couple coupons left and can't wait to go into express to finally get it!

well at least i'm not the only one, but it does suck that they can't seem to get the systems linked. all my receipts show my next number and points info on the bottom also.
