I think your letter is good, and I hope that you get results.
Do you know if your doctor's office have a formal complaint form? Most hospitals/clinics do, and like nerdy, I'm a bit worried your email may get lost in the mailbox.
Also, maybe you could include the time and date of the incident and more physical description of the employee since you're not sure about her name. I hope this matter gets resolve soon. :hug :
ETA: I placed my order. The $30 off $90 code Shom gave me worked.

I have a FS code you can use, if you want to order online. There's also a $10 off $40 coupon floating around. That's more than the price of shipping, but you'd have to order a filler. Let me know, if you want the FS code.

i'm just figuring out right now if my one account (which in itself has multiple accounts it seems) which still have order history are not, and how to not have the 2 multiple-account accounts
Strappy-back tee dress [victoriassecret.com], M, paradise blue - This dress looked awful on me. The fabric is really thin and flimsy, you can pretty much see through it, even in blue. I'm by no means tiny, but I'm in pretty good shape, but this dress shows every flaw. It makes even panty lines look like bulges.
Curve-loving lace sleeve sweater [victoriassecret.com], M, black - I normally wear a S in tops, but sized up because I didn't want the lacing on the arms to tug and look too tight and I couldn't imagine the curve-loving styles looking boxy. I like it a lot. It fits well and the fabric is awesome. The cotton/modal/silk/nylon blend is so comfortable, stretchy and light, yet warm.
Curve-loving open-back sweater [victoriassecret.com], M, electric grape - They didn't have anything in S, so I ended up with a M in this too. It also fits well and is very flattering. It has the same great fabric as the lace sleeve sweater. I also love that they are a flat knit, rather than the ribbed knit of some of the other curve-loving styles.
Smocked tee [victoriassecret.com], S, black - I loved the fabric and the way it hung at the shoulders, but the sleeves looked kind of goofy and the smocked waist wanted to ride up to my natural waist.
Silk and cashmere open-back sweater [victoriassecret.com], S, scarlet red - The very first thing I noticed when I put this on was how short it was. That was a deal-killer right there. I also realized I am not a turtle-neck-wearing kind of person.
Open-back tunic top [victoriassecret.com], S, carbon - This was so cheap I had to try it. Also, I have an open-back tee from a year or two ago that I always get compliments on, so it must be a good style for me. The top part fits great, but it's loose around the bottom, even with my generous hips. I don't like how far it comes down. Even with my long torso, it comes just below my butt. I'm thinking about hemming it to normal shirt length, which would pretty much solve all my problems with it, but part of me doesn't want to alter a $4 shirt.
Daily legging [victoriassecret.com], L - I could have easily gotten away with a M. They were kind of baggy in the tummy and crotch areas. I got these in both the crop and 27'' and like the length on both. They were so cheap I'm probably just going to keep them. I can always use them as pajamas or extra layers for work in winter if they end up stretching out more.

Nice deal.
That print is pretty. The maxi would look great on you. I considered buying the strapless dress in that print, but I'm not sure how it would look with my skin tone. You're making me wish I'd tried it anyway. They have it in white again today.
...
i hope the maxi works - i'm not certain the shape is flattering for my figure, but i love the print. one reviewer said she's 5'8 and it's a perfect length for her with flats, but then someone else said she's 5'5 and got an xs and the length is perfect, so i'm hopeful. if it doesn't work out, maybe i'll get the strapless ruched dress in that print.
i just realized i may need to get one of those nubras for my wedding dress, if i have them build in a corset. i'm not sure where i can find one - i should probably get it before my appointments on sat. anyone know? does tjmaxx always have them, or is it by luck?
also, i'm glad they have the t-back racerback again! (called the pink heartbreaker racerback [victoriassecret.com]) i feel like the shape hides under some tanks better (i have 1 tank that's a t-strap and a regular racerback would show towards the band).

ETA: N/M, I got my phone & called. They changed the dress to the blue one. For anyone who's interested, they would have let me keep my tier.

Hopefully, you're just tall enough for the maxi. I'm never tall enough for them.
ayp, is the one who got the nubra at TJMaxx. I still don't have one. It would be good to have it, when you go for your appointment. It's worth a try to check TJMaxx, Marshall's, Ross, etc.
Thanks for the link to the racerback bra. I need one.
