really weird. i went into VS to pa yesterday. Now they just scan the receipt and press a "PA" button. they no longer have to input the old price and scan again at the new price. Pretty nifty..but it's glitched. The computer wouldnt adjust 1 out of 2 of my SAS bras... the associates couldnt do a return/rebuy because the system said the item wasn't found on the receipt; they also weren't willing to do anything manual. They claimed the system also declared my SAS bra was still it's same price; and not 19.99- which doesnt make sense because all bras were reduced to 19.99 at that store. On a separate register they checked the current price and confirmed it was indeed 19.99 Anyway.. in the end, they still couldnt and wouldnt do anything for me. Thought that was so weird. Have to call VS later about it. Kind of retarded. What the heck kind of upgrades are they getting on their systems...making my life difficult.

you probably didn't miss anything - they probably had it hidden somewhere, if at all! (at least that was the gist i got from some of the bad reviews that i read) hopefully you get all of it sorted out when you get your shipment!

Just a heads up...

I love WEN. However, I have never puchased WEN from any site besides QVC. (I will purchase from Sephora of course...if/when they add more products.) I am so sorry some are having issues with other retailers of WEN. I have only been to Chaz Dean's website to watch the video clips. His prices are usually much higher than QVC.

so, i ordered a clearance wristlet i don't need just to get the double points at express. and once again, it didn't ship Mad didn't receive cancellation for it either. one of the jeans got cancelled and there was a cancellation email.

the lip gloss last time, it turns out there was one in the first package, in addition to the one they shipped separately. i actually received 2 glosses. i did email them about the double points, and the rep said she added my points. however, i don't really know if the points were indeed added as the point history isn't up-to-date.

are there going to be 4th of july sales? Woot

That is weird. Confused Why can't they adjust the other one at the register that rang up $19.99 or let you return & rebuy? Stupid VS.

Mad just my luck... bought me some jeans recently at bogo half and they are now buy one get one $29.90 (showing only on item pages for now).

hoping for more price changes!!! i'm getting bored with express's website.

i ordered 2 items during the extra 20% off - 1 of them shipped, and then 5 hours later the other shipped. maybe your missing item is just delayed for some reason... (do they ship from stores by chance?)

ppl familiar with ruby tuesdays birthday burger deal - do they check ID when redeeming the coupon? there's apparently only 1 ruby tuesdays left in CA and it's at the san jose airport, where dbf will be tomorrow, so i gave him my birthday burger coupon. but he's apprehensive, thinking they'll ask for id. do they usually? One of my clearance items didn't ship and I thought it was weird that I didn't get notification about it. Turns out, Express doesn't send a cancellation email until days later. How long has it been for you?

Also, after the cancellation email, they sent another email with subject: "We're Sorry About Your Recent Order Cancellation." Inside was a 25% code to use. So...keep looking to your inbox! If you don't get any emails within the next few days, then I would contact Express CS.
