The stuff that I like there that I buy frequently includes:
bagels, 2 packs for $5.50 and the parmesan ones are my fave
big organic pack of apples slices $7+ (my girls loves these)
rotisserie chicken
big packs of spinach/greens
kale salad mix
natural peanut butter (no sugar/CFS)
coconut oil
frozen organic broccoli
Tropicana OJ
I also loved the hot dog combo, pizza and my new obsession, the latte mocha freeze with chocolate syrup. Doesn't help that there's a Costco down the street from my house & my job.
I will say that getting a membership will lead you to spend more
