They're okay, they're just nothing special. Cake in general is usually just "meh."

cheesecake is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too rich. hence the reason I don't already eat most desserts. to exacerbate that nasty sweet taste in the cheesecake is just Yuk

on bagels
polish roses (green onion rolled in cream cheese spread on deli sliced ham or turkey)
fruit dip (cream cheese, marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract)
taco dip

the fruit helps cut the richness. and it is used as a dip. not eating PURE bites of just cream cheese infused with nothing but sugar and a little bit of graham cracker crust. and marshamallow fluff is still lighter than 1 1/2 to 2 cups of just pure sugar mixed into the cream cheese. so yes. cheesecake is too rich.
