open to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry,
begins on February 17, 2012 at 12:00:00 p.m. EST and ends on May 7, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT
Limit one (1) Entry Period drawing entry and one Grand Prize drawing entry per person/email address per day
Each entrant must meet the minimum Kitchen/Dining Requirements to enter this Sweepstakes. Failure to meet such requirements may result in disqualification, and prize may be forfeited in Sponsor's reasonable discretion. Each entrant must have the following items in their kitchen:
One (1) refrigerator/freezer – minimum 19.7 cubic ft.
One (1) oven – minimum "24.
One (1) gas or electric cook top/range – minimum "30.
One (1) microwave oven – min 1.0 cubic ft.
One (1) sink with hot and cold running water.
GRAND PRIZE (1): An appearance by Cheryl Forberg and Suvir Saran at winner's home to provide nutrition, pantry and fridge consultation, share a pre-prepared food/kitchen basket, and give a one-on-one cooking lesson with Cheryl and Suvir during the week of June 25, 2012. ARV: $1,200. Prize event must occur between June 25, 2012 and June 29, 2012
ENTRY PERIOD PRIZES (55 total; 5 per Entry Period): Cheryl Forberg's Flavor First cookbook. ARV: $21.99 each.
Total ARV of all prizes: _$1,209.45.
