Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on 2/23/12 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on 7/9/12.

Must be a legal resident of and currently living in the 50 United States or DC, eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) or older if a resident of AL or NE; twenty-one (21) or older if resident of MS) and have internet access as of 2/23/12.

Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address, per Day during the Promotional Period. Each person may only use one (1) e-mail address to participate in this promotion, and such e-mail address may only be used by one person regardless of whether the e-mail address is shared by two or more people.

GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a four (4) day three (3) night, trip to the Banana Boat® CoolZoneTM Pit Crew Experience at a NASCAR race in Talladega, Alabama.

Winner and three (3) guests will receive the following package which includes:
(i) hotel accommodations of two double rooms, coach airfare, airport pick up/drop-off to/from the hotel and to/from the event;
(ii) four (4) VIP gift bags which includes Banana Boat® branded merchandise);
(iii) Premium Box Seating for Saturday, October 6, 2012 and Sunday, October 7, 2012 races;
(iv) in-seat food and drink service;
(v) thirty dollar ($30.00 USD) food vouchers per person for Saturday and Sunday;
(vi) a souvenir program for each guest; and
(vii) Sunday Pre-Race Pit Passes.
Winner will additionally receive five-hundred dollars ($500.00 USD) in spending money.

Winner and one (1) guest will also:
(viii) meet Jamie McMurray;
(ix) spend time before the race on Sunday, October 7, 2012 with Jamie McMurray's pit crew;
(x) receive a guided behind the scenes tour with a Chip Ganassi Racing team member;
(xi) Sweepstakes winner has the option to help out with behind the scenes work (if winner desires and is physically able to);
(xii) take and receive a photo with Jamie McMurray and his car;
(xiv) receive the "honorary crew member" of the race, which includes their name on the passenger side of the car for that particular race; and
(xv) two (2) Chip Ganassi Racing team pit crew polo shirts signed by Jamie McMurray.

Trip must be taken between 10/5/2012 and 10/8/2012 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Package must be booked at least four (4) weeks in advance of departure. Blackout dates may apply. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability. Grand Prize winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests are responsible for securing any and all required documentation for travel outside the 50 United States, including, but not limited to, a valid passport (if applicable). Guests of Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older (19 or older if a resident of AL or NE; 21 or older if resident of MS). All other expenses, including, but not limited to, gratuities, parking, additional transportation, telephone calls, spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours and excursions, and purchases made at specialty shops, not specified herein as included in the Package, are the responsibility of Grand Prize winner and his/her guests. Sponsor is not responsible for weather conditions, flight delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, inability of Grand Prize winner or guests to use the Package or related benefits in accordance with applicable rules and restrictions, and/or any other difficulties occurring during or in connection with the Package or related activities. All aspects of the Grand Prize Package are provided by Sponsor. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV") OF GRAND PRIZE: Eight-Thousand Seven-Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($7,725.00 USD) (actual retail value of prize may vary depending upon at least the city of departure and travel option selected). Should the actual retail value be less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash or in any other form.

FIRST PRIZES (5): Five (5) First Prize winners will be awarded, each consisting of autographed custom merchandise (sheet metal).ARV OF All FIRST PRIZES: Two-Thousand Five-Hundred Dollars ($500.00 USD each).

SECOND PRIZES (5): Five (5) Second Prize winners will be awarded a Jamie McMurray autographed racing headset with scanner. ARV OF All SECOND PRIZES: Two-Hundred Dollars ($200.00 USD each).

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: Eleven-Thousand, Two-Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($11,225.00 USD).
