One entry per person
only open to legal residents of the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam and US possessions. Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
One (1) winner will receive the following on or before December 31, 2012. Event is tentatively scheduled for June 10 – June 12, 2012:
a. Round-trip air transportation for one person and a guest from the airport closest to the winner's residence and San Francisco, California. Airlines and flights will be determined by TMaG in its sole discretion. Class of service will be coach/economy. TMaG will provide transportation to and from airport in San Francisco, California.
b. Two nights accommodation for one hotel room in or near San Francisco, California. Hotel will be chosen by TMaG in its sole discretion.
c. One round of golf (9 holes) for winner and guest with LPGA Tour Professional Natalie Gulbis and a Sport Illustrated Swimsuit Model. Golf attire required for play.
d. Entry for winner and guest to exclusive TaylorMade hosted pool party.
e. Select meals at TMaG's discretion.
8. The prize has an approximate value of $2,000.
