For Entry Period #1 and Entry Period #2: All entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day. A "day" is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. and ending at 11:59:59 p.m.

Entry Period #1 Prizes: Grand Prize (32 total; 1 per NFL Team): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to New York City, New York to attend the 2012 National Football League ("NFL") draft ("Draft") on April 27, 2012 and April 28, 2012. Travel dates: April 26, 2012 - April 29, 2012. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner's home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights, two (2) tickets to the football draft experience events on April 27, 2012 and April 28, 2012, ground transfers from airport/hotel, and access to Bud Light sponsored events. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Winner and guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including passport or driver's license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner's responsibility. Travel, accommodations and event dates/locations are at the Sponsor's discretion and subject to availability and change. Ground transportation (other than stated above), meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner's responsibility. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,800.00. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure. Contingent Grand Prize (1): If the selected winner for the Contingent Grand Prize is associated with an NFL Team that has a Second Round pick, he/she will receive the opportunity to go on stage and announce his/her NFL Team's Second Round pick at Radio City Music Hall during the Second Round (subject to availability).

Entry Period #2 Prizes:
First Prize (10): One (1) Bud Light/NFL jacket. ARV: $50.00.
Second Prize (20): One (1) Bud Light/NFL sports bag. ARV: $35.00.
Third Prize (30): One (1) Bud Light/NFL t-shirt. ARV: $5.00.

Total ARV of all prizes is $90,950.00.
