NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the U.S. Sweepstakes void in California and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The "Honey Hysteria" Sweepstakes starts on March 1, 2012, at 9 a.m. EST and ends on April 2, 2012 at 10 p.m. EST (the "Sweepstakes Period").

HOW TO ENTER: To enter by using wireless text messaging: During the Sweepstakes Period, send the keyword "JDHONEY" to "68405" from your 2-way text messaging capable wireless phone. Once you send the text message and meet all the requirements, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. All text message entries must be received by April 2, 2012 at 10 p.m. EST to be eligible for the drawing.

All entrants must have a two-way text messaging capable handset in order to enter the Sweepstakes using the text messaging method. Entrants will be charged their text messaging rate for each text message sent or received through their handset according to the terms in their Wireless Calling Plan. Text messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas.

Alternatively you may enter by visiting www.jackhoney.com and clicking on the Honey Hysteria tab for the Official Rules. Follow the instructions which include: completing and submitting the official entry. All on-line entries must be transmitted and received by 10:00 pm EST on April 2, 2012. E-mail that is mis-directed illegible or not received due to technical malfunction will not be eligible. Use of an automated system (i.e. Macros, robots and the like) to submit multiple entries is prohibited, and any attempt to use automated systems for entry will void that entrant's eligibility to receive a prize.

Limit 1 entry (per day 12:00 AM -11:59 PM EST, per person, per mobile telephone number, per contact phone number and/or email address) regardless of method of entry. Additional entries may be earned by inviting friends to enter the sweepstakes via the Honey Hysteria Facebook App. How to invite friends and earn more entries: 1) Go to www.jackhoney.com, and click on the "INVITE FRIENDS" button on your "SCOREBOARD" tab. 2) Use the menu to select friends that are at least 21 years of age and invite them to enter the Honey Hysteria Sweepstakes. 3) For each friend who enters the sweepstakes from the link you provided, an additional entry will be credited to your account at www.jackhoney.com 4) Check to see how many of your friends have entered via the link you provided, just log into www.jackhoney.com and view the number of entries you have earned. The friend that received the shared link MUST ENTER the Honey Hysteria sweepstakes via your link in order for the original entrant to receive the additional entry

PRIZE: There will be 63 (sixty three) prizes awarded. The prizes will be awarded as follows:

Round 1 (32 Prizes), Round 1 Prize consists of one (1) : Jack Daniel's® Tennessee Honey™ branded cinch sack, branded tumbler and sweat headband. Estimated retail value $10.00

Round 2 (16 Prizes): Round 2 Prize consists of on (1) Jack Daniel's® Tennessee Honey™ branded zip hoodie and a branded tumbler. Estimated retail value $30.00

Round 3 (8 Prizes): Round 3 Prize consists of one (1) Jack Daniel's® Tennessee Honey™ branded duffle bag, tear away pants, t-shirt, tumbler, and sweat headband. Estimated retail value $65.00

Round 4 (4 Prizes): Round 4 Prize consists of one (1) Jack Daniel's® Tennessee Honey™ Branded Rolling Bag, Vinyl Shaker, Tacker sign, and Tray with shot glasses. Estimated retail value $180.00

Round 5(2 Prizes): Round 5 Prizes consists of one (1) Jack Daniel's® Tennessee Honey™ Chiller machine and one dozen branded shot glasses. Estimated retail value of $300.00

Round 6 (1 Grand Prize): Grand Prize consists of a a trip for four (4) to Las Vegas March 22nd, 23rd, and 24th 2013 to celebrate basketball. Grand Prize Trip includes round-trip domestic coach airfare for winner and three (3) guests from the major commercial airport nearest to the winner's home to Las Vegas, NV airport, ground transportation to/from Las Vegas airport, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for three (3) nights and 4 days in Las Vegas, NV. If potential winner cannot attend during the dates specified, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Unclaimed prize may not be awarded. All other expenses not specifically included are the responsibility of the winner.

DRAWING: Potential winner(s) will be selected in a series of random drawings from among all timely received eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization as scheduled below:

If you are not selected to win in a Round Drawing you continue to be eligible for each successive drawing.
