Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on March 12, 2012, and end at 11:59 p.m. PT on April 9, 2012.
Promotion consists of three (3) individual weekly sweepstakes and Grand Prize Sweepstakes, each having its own "Entry Period" and random drawing. All eligible entries received for a Weekly Sweepstakes will be eligible for the "Grand Prize Sweepstakes".
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Limit one (1) entry submission per person per Weekly Sweepstakes. Entries not selected as a winner in a specific Weekly Sweepstakes will remain eligible for any/all subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes and (as stated above) be eligible for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
GRAND PRIZE (1 will be awarded): The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Toshiba 47TL515U 47" Class 1080P 3D LED HD TV. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $1,199.99.
WEEKLY PRIZE (1 will be awarded in each of the three (3) Weekly Sweepstakes): Each Weekly Prize consists of one (1) Toshiba 32C120U 32" Class 720P HD LCD TV The ARV of each Weekly Prize is $329.99.
Total ARV of all prizes: $2,189.96. Limit one (1) Weekly Sweepstakes prize per person.
